Comment : I can see from other reviews I am not alone in wanting to give Mac Haik Ford negative 5 If I could!!  I am new to the area and needed Service for my 2018 Ford F-150 Ecoboost.  Because they were not able to diagnose the problem they simply just told me I did not have a problem!  The transmission was slipping and would play catch up at a stop light almost like I was hit from behind.  Seemingly a problem with many others who own the Ecoboost with the ten speed transmission.  They told me since they could not repeat the problem they could do nothing and told me to come and get my vehicle.  When I dropped off my vehicle (during Covid) I had just cleaned and detailed the Truck.  When it was returned to me, there were greasy hand prints all over the door handle and the steering wheel was covered in black filth and grease.  I took several wipes and showed them how filthy it was, and they were very sarcastic and did not care, telling me they used Covid protocol.  I asked to see the General Mgr. and he was not there.  My Service advisor also did not care and said protocols were used, even though I stood with the filthy wipes in my hand showing them.  On my way I went...........Sadly since they are one of the only Ford places close to me I called again today with still a transmission problem, and got a nice service advisor on the phone (Crystal).  I was happy to get someone other than Heidi, the one I had before.  Crystal transferred me to Heidi, who basically refused me service!  She said that I caused a commotion last time I was there.  They took no responsibility at all for my filthy steering wheel and were blaming me.  Again I asked to speak to a General Mgr. Dwayne Harris and again, he was not available.  I spent $70,000 on this Ford and cant get service!  I will be calling Ford directly and filing a grievance against this dealership.  Customer Service is non existent.  I never received a follow up phone call about the service I received, as obviously if they don't like you they will just tell YOU not to come back!  So be aware that on the sales side, if you would buy a vehicle from them, this is how you would be treated.  I will definitely be giving Covert a call.  Wish I had read these terrible reviews about the service department before I wasted my time and got my blood pressure up :-(.

Comment : I bought my truck here and Covid happened and of course all my questions went on hold on problem. I recently called and asked about the oil changes and the warranty. I wanted to know if I had to set up an appointment and what days did they have available. They told me I could just walk in to do my oil change well I did that and they said that they were all booked up so they couldn't take me. So basically they love to waste other people's time because is not important being that the deal was done already. Also the warranty is a whole other issue I will be bringing up with the BBB.

Comment : Do not go to the service department.  We called and were told they would look over our entire truck as a courtesy and then if there were issues, it would be $100 deductible to fix.  We waited 30 minutes for them to open and the person who helped us told us it would be $160 to look because it was a couple hour job. When we said ok she then said we would have to leave it for several days.  When we asked why it would now be days- she said she could not help us and we had to leave.  I am buying a new truck in a few months and was going to buy from them- after I see how the service department treats customers- I will find another dealer

Comment : Bought from a team of people on the Used car side. They were to the point, no back and forth and got the transaction done without delay. Tony was really great, but ultimately when I was ready to buy, I made the deal with Alex, who is down to earth and gave good insights and pointers on things I wanted to do to my truck after purchase. He even went the extra mile to track down the other key from the previous owner who forgot to turn it in, which most dealers at dealerships probably would have just said, "too bad, so sad...one key is all we have".

Comment : Edward Vargas was our sales associate and helped us purchase a new truck. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past and he is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Edward was honest and straight forward keeping the process very transparent. I highly recommend Mr Vargas and Mac Haik Ford if you are shopping for a vehicle and this is no bs. Comment : John Clay and Jason Hicks made sure to take such good care of me in getting me into a new vehicle. If there is anyone to put my life and the life of my family's hands in it would definitely be these fine men. They searched and searched until they found the perfect fit to make ME happy. Highly recommend using them for your car buying needs!!!!!
