Comment : The whole process was super easy. From estimate to getting the work done. I received texts about where my vehicle was at in the repair process the whole time they had it. Great to deal with!!! My vehicle looks better now then when I got it! Absolutely amazing customer service and awesome work!

Comment : I had a deer “kiss” my light and the quarter panel on my Tesla Y and had wonderful service at Cramer’s. They dealt with the insurance company and the car looks brand new. It was also washed and is spotless inside! I would definitely recommend them!!

Comment : They redid my damaged front end and it looks brand new! Like it never happened. And they cleaned my car which was a very nice unexpected addition to the service they provided. I am super happy I took my car to them!

Comment : They were excellent! I dropped off my car, they had a rental for me, a little bit of paperwork, and off I went back on the road. My car was finished in a much shorter time period than I expected, and it looked brand new! It was a lot cleaner than when I left it with them.

Comment : Very professional, clean, organized and efficient.
The quality of workmanship and the attention to detail is second to none.
Customer service. Everyone one was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Who sends regular progress updates anymore?? Carstar does. I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way.
If I ever need bodywork again, I will gladly drive the hour it takes to get there! I never thought getting bodywork on my car would be so easy and stress free!
