Comment : We brought our car in to review and fix previous paint job (warranty). They were able to work with info from the original claim and the work only took a few days. The bumper looks amazing and the car almost look like new (when compared to previous).

Comment : Carstar kept me updated on all steps of my repair process. I was originally told they would have my car for a week but turned out to be done much sooner. Not many places are Tesla certified for repair, and I?m glad they were. They even took care of returning my rental to enterprise for me.

Comment : This is the second time I have had my car repaired within 10 months. Both were caused by other drivers. I think Carstar at Cramer's Middletown, PA our top notch!!! I was always greeted with professionalism. I was kept informed about my car each time. I will use them in future if I need any additional repairs and have mentioned them to other family and friends that if in need, call them! Thank you once again for a excellent experience.

Comment : The whole process was super easy. From estimate to getting the work done. I received texts about where my vehicle was at in the repair process the whole time they had it. Great to deal with!!! My vehicle looks better now then when I got it! Absolutely amazing customer service and awesome work!

Comment : I had a deer ?kiss? my light and the quarter panel on my Tesla Y and had wonderful service at Cramer?s. They dealt with the insurance company and the car looks brand new. It was also washed and is spotless inside! I would definitely recommend them!!
