Comment : Took them 5 days to even look at my vehicle after having to call them every day just to hear something. Worst coustomer service I've ever seen for a shop.

Comment : I couldn’t get towed anywhere else so I got stuck here waiting almost a week for a fuel pump/fuel filter to get changed. I had to call daily for updates as they never reached out to me and then tried to charge me almost $40 over what I was told the day prior with no notification of something else being added. Don’t ask them to drive it and see what the problem is/make sure it’s okay, Kris will tell you you’re out of luck haha.

Comment : They were amazing! I got a flat tire on the thruway right before the long weekend. They arrived quickly and were very accommodating especially since I had a my dog with me. My dog is scared of life and left a little surprise when we got out of the tow truck and instead of being upset they made a joke out of it and cleaned it up. All around great service!

Comment : Blew a trailer tire on the thruway on a uhaul trailer so no spare. They came right out and changed the tire and had me on my way. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Comment : Roosevelt and Son ranks as 5 stars with us! Broke down on our way to The Villages Campground! Starter on our truck. From the drivers to the mechanics to the desk person. All professional, and competent. They couldn't get our part until the next day. They allowed us to plug our camper in to save the food and remain there for the night. They had us back on the road before noon the next day. Price was fair too!!! Amazing establishment!

Comment : July 2025 we were traveling on our family vacation and our truck lost a front wheel bearing. Called Roosevelts and they were there very quickly, got us towed to their yard and allowed us to park our camper there overnight and they fixed the truck the next day. They treated us very fairly on the price, and were very professional and kind in our time of need! No complaints! Definitely would recommend!

Comment : We were traveling to Geneva on the NYS Thruway and encountered an electrical issue with our car…it became inoperable. We called the NYS Police who were kind and very helpful. The trooper sent Sean from Roosevelt Towing. Sean was amazing! He explained our options and the costs involved. We shared a very pleasant ride back to Albany with Sean and with our car in tow. Thank you to Sean and Roosevelt Towing for helping us in our time of need. I highly recommend these guys!!!!!
