Comment : I had some trouble with my trailer liftgate while on the road, and I was really fortunate to have Isaac, a roadside semi truck technician, come out to help me. As a new truck driver, I was a bit anxious, but Isaac made the whole experience much easier.

From the moment he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and got to work. I could see he really knew what he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I was back on the road safely and efficiently.

What impressed me the most was how he went above and beyond. Not only did he fix my liftgate, but he also took the extra time to give me some tips on maintenance, which I really appreciated. It felt great to know someone had my back, especially as a newbie in this industry.

Overall, I highly recommend Isaac for any roadside assistance needs. He made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I left with a sense of confidence and relief. Thank you, Isaac!

Comment : These Guys are straight crooks STAY AWAY. My truck broke down at the shipper facility and THEY CALLED this company. When the guy show up he is very Rude and angry. I had a feeling it was going to be a money grab for them so I asked him for the exact price he tells me $2500 to tow my truck 10 miles. I swiftly declines he tells me that he is already there and that I owe him that rather he tow it or not because he already started. Cops was called he end up just moving truck out middle of the road to the side still charged me $1200. I called another shop they came got me to the shop for $450 STAY AWAY!!!!
