Comment : Dropped our car car off 2 weeks before the state inspection was due. It failed the catalytic converter a new one was installed. 1500 in repairs they gave us the car back with the check engine light still on and said to drive 100 miles 280 mile the lights still on. Went back and said they found a leak no charge drive another 100 now it’s 5 30 25 plates due on the 31st the lights still on and they won’t look at it until the first week of June. Asking how I would get it there with expired plates and that’s why I came 2 weeks ago the answer was do you want to work with me or not. Not I’m so sorry you’ve had that experience here let me fix our mistake I understand you’ve been coming here for a long time and you have options and your plates are due nothing contact me tell everyone unless you’ve got time and money to waste I’d rather help you fix than let them get another single dollar or have to drive past the people that ripped me off I know this will be taken down but oh wel

Comment : Had car for a week, didn t fix the problem they troubleshooted it to be. Price quoted seemed very high, but we were in need of repair so went forward with it. That s on us should have went with gut (and google shopping prices showing this was out of range) Anyway- No communication with us throughout week of inability to figure out what was wrong. Appointment was for Monday and they didn t even look at it until some time Tuesday. Weird. In that week (M-F), didn t even manage to do the oil change and tire alignment they were also hired to complete. $1100 paid (!!!) and car still doesn t run. Oh, but we didn t know any of this until we called and asked about our car not a single call from them all week. Why they couldn t complete all items we needed serviced is extremely confusing. Oil changes are a 30 minute task.We were impressed with their fast, efficient car inspection service the first visit and decided to give them our business again, but have been left disappointed and frustrated.
