Comment : I’ve been using Lyon’s Auto for about four years, after a recommendation from my sister who’s been using them for 20+ years. We always been happy with the service provided and felt it’s been done promptly with reasonable prices, while never being oversold service we don’t need. Harry actually wasn’t sure one time he could fix an issue my car was having so he tried his last option and told me if it worked, I could come back and pay him, but he didn’t want to take my money without knowing he fixed the issue (it did work and I did pay him). They’ve proven time and time again they can be trusted to do the right thing and provide great service.

Comment : Absolutely awful experience from the service advisor and from the owner. They claim that they are a Aaa certified auto repair shop when in fact they are not. They do not finish conversations and hang up on you, belittle you, and will not hear you out. Vehicle was towed to them. They called me for diagnostic estimate, then called me the next day saying that they misspoke. And “forgot to add” And when I asked questions about the vehicle they belittled me and tried to make me feel like I was stupid. Had to get my vehicle towed out of there and taken to Toyota to properly get taken care of and then they tried to charge me storage fees! When they didn’t even let me know what was going on with the vehicle until the last day five days later! Glad I’m taking my vehicle to a place where I know it will get fixed properly and I will be safe, not here!

Comment : We had our alternator go out on a recent trip up to the Bay Area. They replaced ours and had us back on the road in 2 hours at a fair price. Pleasantly surprised with timely professional service.

Comment : Roger and the guys at Lyon's are amazing! It's a dad nightmare when their daughter calls them with car trouble and I'm 7 hours away unable to help. I called the shop and they were so nice and supportive to my daughter...got her back on the road in no time at all. Absolutely saved my daughter's 18th birthday party and helped this dad sleep knowing she was home safe and taken care of. Thank you Lyon's for everything yesterday...I'm up in Sacramento but rest assured I'll stop by and visit and give thanks! Roger, thanks for helping this stressed dad and daughter out!

Comment : Helpful and honest service. I had a long way home and they weren’t trying to overcharge me like the other mechanics nearby. They gave me a good price and tried to get the job done quick. Would definitely recommend.

Comment : Came in for a smog check on my truck a few months ago and failed. They showed me the parts and the price and offered to do it or let me find another route. I ended up doing the repair myself and came back today to clear the smog code. I was out in less than 15 min with these guys. Previous experience with Harry and today with Rodger. Both of these guys are honest and really seem to care about the work they do. I definitely feel very safe trusting them with my truck. Especially since I need to run it safely for work! Comment : Took my 10 year old truck in for service to get an oil change and to also inquire about an annoying noise. Roger, the owner was very polite and friendly. When I got my truck back, not only was the noise gone, but my car was running so much better. I found my forever shop. Thanks Roger!

Comment : I have tried just about all Auto shops in the Valencia + Newhall area... and keep coming back to Lyons Auto Center. Harry is knowlegable and honest. He will explain what needs to be done in detail and will tell you if you don't need something. When he recently changed out my brake pads... he kept the pads and showed me how warn they were... appreciate the transparancy. This summer after checking with several shops regarding a check engine light code... all telling me $1,000+ to diagnose and repair... Harry checked the code and recommended I check with the dealer as it was related to an emissions problem and should be covered under the CA emissions warrantly which coveres beyond the standard car warranty which had long expired. I checked and the dealer repaired / replaced a sensor under the emissiosn warranty for free. Harry saved me $1,000+... I recommend Lysons Auto Center for an honest and fair priced shop.I have tried just about all Auto shops in the Valencia + Newhall area... and keep coming back to Lyons Auto Center.
