Comment : I have tried just about all Auto shops in the Valencia + Newhall area... and keep coming back to Lyons Auto Center. Harry is knowlegable and honest. He will explain what needs to be done in detail and will tell you if you don't need something. When he recently changed out my brake pads... he kept the pads and showed me how warn they were... appreciate the transparancy. This summer after checking with several shops regarding a check engine light code... all telling me $1,000+ to diagnose and repair... Harry checked the code and recommended I check with the dealer as it was related to an emissions problem and should be covered under the CA emissions warrantly which coveres beyond the standard car warranty which had long expired. I checked and the dealer repaired / replaced a sensor under the emissiosn warranty for free. Harry saved me $1,000+... Comment : Been going to Harry since 2004...he is honest and will fix anything at a fair price. He has worked on all my cars.. Land cruiser, Sequoia, 528i, X3, Prius.

Comment : I am huge on customer service, tried calling three times during early business hours and phone cuts out after three rings with no voicemail. Comment : I have been taking my cars to Harry for several years. I have found Harry to be honest, reliable and more than fair. I have NEVER had a negative experience with him. There have been a few times that he has told me that I don't need to have my brakes replaced when it seemed like I did. I am now moving to Georgia and will miss Harry.
