Comment : Lundgren Subaru in Bennington has the best customer service experience I've ever had. The service people, especially Jennifer, are top-notch; very professional, helpful, and friendly! And Subaru vehicles are the most reliable and fun cars to drive! I'm on my 7th lease in 21 years, and I'd never drive any other brand, nor go to any other dealership! Thanks Jennifer and Lundgren!

Comment : Good and friendly service...but a bit pricey for some services, and staffing fueled delays are frustrating for all involved, including the staff left holding the bag...like Kristina at the counter facing hostility from callous and uncaring guests while having no control over the quicksand-bound pace of the few remaining technicians on a Friday afternoon.

Comment : It was wonderful experience from the moment l stepped into the dealership. I had called and asked about car advertised. When l arrived l met my best friend, Betsy. She smiled and greeted me with knowledge,
Kindness, and pleasure. I found my car riding around parking lot looking at inventory. There it was bright red, shining and with every feature l was looking for. Instantly Betsy was on the hunt, scoring keys. We again rode around the lot and l said this is one.
With experience Betsy had the necessary paperwork and was meeting with Chris the front manager. Everything in place, the car was cleaned, detailed, and repaired as they had just taken the car in. Minor repairs but done and out the door. That's service.
Thank you for the over top service and wonderful experience. If your looking call Betsy O'Connell at Lundergan Subaru she's knows her business. Shout out to Chris and the finance manager. THANK YOU

Comment : My husband and I were looking for a Cadillac on line and found a beautiful one at Lundgren Subaru. We connected with Chris Ducharme, at Lundgren, and he was so great to work with. He made a stressful process into a very enjoyable event. We never stepped a foot into the dealership and they delivered our car right to our front door. A flawless process. We strongly recommend this dealership.
