Comment : I have waited to write this review because I wanted to see if Joe was a man of his word. I went to Lundgren Subaru to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle was sold just before my appointment, and I was blamed because I did not respond to an email, text, or voicemail which I never received. My sales person, Jamie, was incredible. She did everything she could to make it up to me as understandably I was a bit upset. I had no intention of stepping foot in the dealership again if this is how they did business.Joe, the general manager, heard me saying goodbye to someone and asked me if I had a moment to explain to him what had happened and why I was upset. We had a lovely conversation. Joe apologized and took responsibility for what happened as it was his team. Joe said he was working to turn the dealership around and make it the best.Jamie sent me a message the next day saying they had a car for me to come and look at that they brought from their sister store. Because Jamie was so lovely and Joe was great at listening and taking action. I went and looked at the car. I bought it. This morning I got a message from Jamie and things have changed and Joe is a man of his word. So my experience went from I am never walking in here again to I ll be back the next time I need a car.
