Comment : I called and talked to them about getting an alignment on a car I was trying to sell.Whoever I talked to was extremely inconvenienced by my phone call. Their prices are set in a manner where they gouge you once, and they don't care if you ever come back. Plenty of other local small shops would rather balance profit and customer satisfaction to attempt to build a rapport and earn repeat business.There are SEVERAL other shops locally that do similar quality work they stand behind at a fair cost.If you are a repeat customer here, you aren't doing your research or calling around for estimates.I called and talked to them about getting an alignment on a car I was trying to sell.
