Comment : Go elsewhere!!! Made an appointment to get tires taken off and I had new tires to get put on and I also wanted an alignment. Called and warned them of the tire size that they were 35s coming off and 33s going on and to make sure it was ok, Luke assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Dropped my truck off the night before to be done by the time I got off work, I got home at 4 o’clock and still haven’t heard anything from them and knew they closed at 5 so I rode down. My truck was in the garage with 1 rear wheel off no tires changed yet. I went in and Luke said “oh my it’s been a disaster they been working on it since noon” 4 hours to take off 1 wheel… little hard to believe lol I asked if they at least got alignment done…“No you are going to have to take it to a truck place it didn’t look like it was going to fit” I said ok and paid for my mount and balance and left. As soon as I left Luke called me and said I needed rear brakes which I do soon but just tells you what kind of place is it (typical oil change place trying to uncharge you for services that weren't asked for) I get a call about a hour later that I have a coolant leak and there is coolant everywhere… I had my father go down because I couldn’t get there right away because I figured they where trying to get another service done that didn’t need done and to see what was going on and the guys told him “I took it down the road and it was already overheating” on a 50 degree day my truck should’ve never been up to temperature to open the thermostat and have coolant running through the lines just going down the road therefor was probably beating on it, don’t even know why they drove it at all. So I get there and there is coolant all over the parking lot and nobody to be seen they left right away didn’t offer any help. Fixed the connection myself and will never be back and Ill be sure to advise anybody and everybody to never go here. You’ll call around and every tire place in the area is booked back a couple days but this place can get you in right away… you will see why if you take your vehicle here. They also left glue all over my tires and wheels. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t go here again for them to change a bicycle tire let alone work on any of my vehicles.

Comment : A wonderful experience. I was new to the area and had no idea who to use. I researched every place and decided to give them a try. They were an accepted AAA repair shop which gave me more confidence. It was a completely fantastic experience with people who care about their service and their customers. The mechanic actually used the steering wheel cover so that my fancy furry one did not get grease on it. They checked everything. I needed an inspection, their earliest appointment was beyond my due date and they found a way to fit me in before my regi expired. I nots only give this business 5 stars, it gets 5 hearts as well.

Comment : Terrible customer service. Very rude employees. Spent over $2000.00 in the past year on our vehicles only to be told our tires which we bought from them which were rated to get 55k only got 18k miles. No guarantee of any proration!!!!! We even got one of our tire rotations thru them! Policy or not....they won't budge on any upfront proration! Spoke to two other tire shops in the area that told me they would never do that. Customer would always receive an up front proration before buying a whole new set of tires! Then hung up on me when I called them out on their customer service! Do your self a favor and go elsewhere!!
