Comment : This shop will do excellent work at a reasonable price and only recommend work that needs to be done the car was in and out the shop in less than 48 hrs for some major work that got over looked by another shop . You pay for their expertise and experience and labor is fairly priced i will return to the shop for any further work thanks for doing a great job .

Comment : Took my car here for its inspection and emissions testing. I know how strict the inspecition can be, so I prepared ahead of time, new wipers, tires, etc. I was told I had an oil leak, and that where ever I got my last oil change they either didnt put on a new crush washer or they just didn't put the old one back. They were asking me to pay $70 for them to do an oil change, which I was not about to do when I had the oil changed the day prior for much cheaper (you can get full synthetic oil change at Walmart for about $45). I took my car straight from here to Walmart and asked them to take a look and told them what this shop had told me. Not only did they take a look, they even handed me the brand new crush washer they put on my car the previous day. They told me where the leak was really coming from, and it was not even close to what Lug Nutz said. So then how did lug nutz know that the leak was coming from there, if they didnt even check to see if there was a new (or old) crush washer? Very dissappointed as it seems this shop uses any chance it can to try and make more money off of you. Save your time (and money) and get your state tests done somewhere else, unless you are okay with them trying to get more money out of you besides what you came into the shop for.

I think it is worth your time to read all the 1 Star reviews and notice how quick this shop is to put all the blame right back on the customer. It speaks volumes that this shop cares more about their bottom line then customer satsifaction.

Comment : My first trip was absolutely incredible and these guys are my new go-to service center. They were very courteous, professional, friendly and accommodating. Best of all was the outstanding service and price. Highly recommend them and will be telling everyone about my experience. Thank you guys for taking such great care of me (and my car)!

Comment : I've used the Lug Nutz for many years now and Brian and his crew have always been fair, honest, and provide quality work. I had a large screw stuck in my tire, loosing air, with freezing weather. I called and they got me right in and repaired it for me at a reasonable cost. Can't go wrong using this shop.
