Comment : My family has always recommended this place and has had great experiences. Unfortunately, I once had a job go wrong due to a mechanics error. This review is glowing, however, because the owner contacted me directly, apologized, and rectified the error immediately. This seemed like an honest mistake that was owned up to right away. That honesty is hard to come by! Furthermore, my family has never had any issues, so we will be repeat customers.

Comment : The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to take our truck in earlier than first stated and completed a day ahead of what was expected. They provided us with thorough information on the problem and gave us an accurate quote before starting the work.

Comment : They take pride in their work, reasonably priced, and pleasant to work with. I had them go through an Escalade that I gave to the kids, fixed the leaks and made it safe. Did a fluid service and brakes on my F150, quick and professional.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
