Comment : I took it in. They replaced motor and transmission mounts. After I got it back it started making whirring noises like the power steering fluid wasn't working properly. I took it back. He said the power steering looked fine. And the fluid looked fine. It was still making the noise all weekend. I took it back today and a different guy said it was making that noise before and that the power steering fluid is leaking! I think they busted something working on my car and don't want to fix it. Never again!!

Comment : Brought my 87 Toyota pickup in after having a bad experience elsewhere. I felt really discouraged after the first shop was unable to properly diagnose my trucks problem and had already spent more money than I had planned trying to get things working right to no avail. Loveland's figured out and fixed the problem within a couple weeks. Would have probably been even faster if not for the holidays. It was clear that Mike had a love for Toyotas as well as a deep knowledge. Angela up front was very helpful and I left feeling happy that I had finally found a place I could trust with my truck.

Comment : by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an auto place. Seriously please avoid this shop . I ended up having to give up on this car due to a failing engine after paying them $1300 . The engine failing is NOT on the shop . My issue was is the state of the car when it was returned to me . My shifter now had a hole in it and only shifts into sport now. They claimed it was there when i took it in and it's common for my type of shifter . I've driven this car for a few years and never had that issue. I know for a fact that it was fully intact when i handed my keys over. They also didn't place all the pieces back into my car and left me engine cover in my backseat . i'm not a mechanic, but I'm 60% sure that is not what under my hood should look like . 100% sure that's not what it looked like when I took it in. when I called them to ask about all these damages/Half ass work done , they said they didn't know I was going to pick it up today so didn't place everything back yet . my car sat in the shop for a whole two weeks and they never bothered to put it back together. I had to continuously reach out to them to get updates on my car . I called to check for an update on my engine because it had been three days of silence from them after they let me know I needed a new engine. When i called Mike's response was "we didn't know you were looking for a new engine?" . Wouldn't you want to reach out to a customer if you're not sure? my only guess is that the place is wildly disorganized and they forgot about the yellow bug sitting in their parking lot . They do not care about the work that they put out or about your car as long as they can collect your money. save it and go to a better shop.

Comment : wonderful people to talk to.. however, i wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop for an evaporator leak/replacement though. got my a/c system back over-pressurized and still leaking fumes into the cab of the vehicle, still making me sick whenever i was inside it. i brought it back to have it rectified and was told nothing was wrong, though i was experiencing harmful symptoms. not even a refund was given.wonderful people to talk to.. however, i wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop for an evaporator leak/replacement though. got my a/c system back over-pressurized and still leaking fumes into the cab of the vehicle, still making me sick ???More

Comment : We were referred to Lovelands by Town and Country Tire, that I trust very much with my cars. This place did not disappoint. Mike is wonderful to deal with. Very professional, and incredibly nice. There was a hiccup with our repair, but all was taken care of. We will definitely return. Highest recommendation. Comment : Professional courtesy, professional people, and they'd take care of the inside of the vehicle with plastic and paper. And they're quick up here in the hi Desert, you can't get much better than that.
