Comment : Lovelands has been our go to shop for a few years now. Our ram has been through the ringer and mikes been able to fix any and every issue without question. Staff is excellent and very friendly. We always recommend lovelands to everyone and will continue using them for years to come.

Comment : I only came here because town and country referred me to them. AND Town and Country had run a diagnostic on my car which i brought here and was STILL charged over $300 to do again because the lady said they had to "see for themselves" what was wrong. Long story longer...they said I needed a new mother and suggested a rebuilt timing belt for my 2012 Nissan Murano for a total of about $10k 😆 umm no thank you. And I also notice that all the bad reviews they get on here are immediately answered with "we have no record of you coming in for service" how convenient. This place sure saw me coming! I must have had dummy written all over my face to charge me over $300 for a second diagnostic. 🤦🏻?♀🤷🏻?♀ Can't trust anyone anymore. But if you got money to throw out the windows go ahead and come here. They would love to take it.

Comment : Brought my car in out of nowhere at lunch with a check engine light. They spent the rest of the day investigating and ruling out causes. They weren't able to find the issue so didn't charge me for the four hours of work they spent looking.
I ended up taking it back to the dealership who had done some work (and they weren't able to figure it out either). It ended up being a faulty ground- due to work done at a dealership. **not the Victorville dealership**
