Comment : Lou Fusz Ford has been a %#*% show from the start. ??Traded in my Toyota van for an Explorer in 2017 middle of the week. ??Apparently someone took the van I traded to Florida with my plates still on it. ??Dealer swore they had the plates inside, had removed immediately and van had not left the lot. State of Florida sent me pictures and toll fines of my traded in van with MY license plates running though two tolls in Destin, FL...was definitely not me. Service department had my Explorer for most of the day Saturday for an oil change and an electrical problem. Within five minutes of picking up vehicle I knew problem wasn't fixed. ??Returned and left car again...called less than ten minutes after dropping off and service advisor said he might have to order me a new SYNC system. Really? ??New diagnosis in ten minutes when it didn't show all day? ??Hard to believe. ??Voice mail said they tried disconnecting my battery. ??New part ordered, maybe...I'll have to follow up. ??I want honesty in a dealership. ??I am positive my trades vehicle took a trip to Florida with my plates. ??My plates is just plain wrong. ??Why couldn't they just say, "an employee took it?" ??Service has been horrible to contact in the past but wasn't on this visit. ??Hopefully that's fixed. ??Still service issues. If looking for a dealership, this is definitely not an honest one to choose.

Comment : I recently bought a 2017 Ford Escape from this Lou Fusz dealership. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I left in a great car that I got at a great price! Corey helped us from start to finish and tried to make the experience as painless as possible. He was professional, patient, and seemed genuinely interested in finding a car that fit my needs. The reason I gave a 4/5 is that we waited over an hour to meet with the finance guy and close the deal....I attribute this to it being late on a Saturday afternoon. But overall, I would recommend visiting Lou Fusz!

Comment : I only wish I could give less than 1 star. ??You would think after spending $60,000 on a car you would get treated at least like a person. ??I get it, new cars have flaws, but don't treat me like a 2nd class citizen when I want them fixed. ??Rude, unprofessional and dishonest is how I would sum up my experience. ??I can't get past the fact that the service department is a dump, but I can't get past the horrible service. ??After 2 days my car is now filthy (inside and out) and nothing I took it in for is done. ??Then the service advisor tells me (on both days) that he left 5 messages for me to call back. ??Funny how I have no messages. ??What are we in the 6th grade?!?! ??Then when I picked up my filthy car hidden in a square mile of cars, I asked the cashier to call my phone. ??Guess what? ??It rang! ?? Garbage! ??Save yourself the anguish and disgust. ??Remember I told you so.

Comment : Jerry Paule was the sales consultant for my recent purchase of a 2016 Buick Enclave. I can actually say (for the first time ever) that I enjoyed the car-buying experience. He is a no-pressure, honest, straight-dealing guy, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford, or one of the pre-owned cards on their lot.
