Comment : Los Angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram my 2015 ram 1500 had a oil leak they did not properly do a diagnosis on the vehicle they claim that the seals and gasket needed to be replaced, and the truck needed a battery, after taking the truck to another mechanical shop it was properly diagnosed the engine was seized metal shaving were found in the oil the main bearing and crank shaft was damage I'm in the process of replacing the engine i would like a refund from dodge asap or i will pursue legal action

Comment : My car sat for two weeks with nothing being done to it. Service advisor Joaquin told informed me the damage to my driver side door needed to be fixed for $4,000 before he could preform a check engine light test with a scanner which made no sense. He advised my car shutting off while driving could have something to do with wires in my driver side door. I had my vehicle towed from the dealership and my brother preformed a simple check engine light test with an OBD2 scanner and found it was a fuel injection sensor. So dissatisfied. Will not be returning.
