Comment : Getting towed is never a great experience. But after an unfortunate blowout when passing through the debris field from a wreck just in front of me, I needed one. I called Caveman and Butch showed up within about 15 minutes. It was a tough location on a narrow shoulder near an on ramp. Butch was friendly, efficient, and professional and got my car to where it could be repaired and I was back on the road. Thanks, Butch. And thanks to OSP who pulled in while Butch was loading the car to help draw attention and slow down the traffic. I?d definitely use Caveman again.

Comment : The owner and staff of this company are incredibly kind and helpful. Having a car towed is never a pleasant experience, and our situation was completely beyond our control. Throughout the process, Jennifer and John were supportive, understanding, and more than reasonable. They have earned my trust and full support. Comment : I really appreciated the level of attention Jeff and John gave to towing our 35 ft motorhome. They were professional and friendly. They arrived the day after my call and kept me informed on their travel time to our location and about what was happening as they were hooking up and towing our motorhome. It was my first time being towed so their level of communication helped to calm my stress.
