Comment : This review is about Mr. Chris Winner. Like his last name, he is definitely one. Patient, honest, and professional. I was a Longo patron once a few years ago, and I forgot why I stopped visiting and made the mistake to show loyalty to Pat Lobb until I found out that they weren't always using genuine Toyota parts when the outrageous pricing almost suggested that they'd be sourcing directly from Rolls Royce. I forgot how nice the Longo waiting lobby was with plenty of various kinds of seats, AC outlets, and even a few tiny office cubicles. If you're gonna spend some dealership money, you'd wanna have some amenities at your fingertips.
