I was looking for that body style truck and for it to be blue King Ranch package. I only found 2. The first was in California and the other was at Long Lewis. The first was priced at $12k and some change. Had approximately 120-130k miles. The one at Long Lewis was close to $15.5k with 185k miles or so.I reached out to both dealerships and received a quote from both. Upon sending the quote to the sales rep at Long Lewis, showing the huge price difference and mileage difference. All he told me was that they don’t budge on their price at all, even when seeing the major price difference. However, he did say he would include getting the vehicle to me for free. The sales rep provided me with a video of the truck I was interested in. The truck looked to be in great shape. Of course he pointed out all the great things about the truck. Tire tread and bed cover. After doing some numbers, I came to the conclusion that both trucks would be around the same price. The truck fromCalifornia I had to include shipping and other fees also. With Long Lewis taking care of all paperwork on my end and delivering the truck for free, I decided to go with them.Spoke with the sales guy, got the deal done. I would like to note, when speaking with their finance guy, he seemed to have gotten irritated with me since I didn’t not want purchase GAP insurance or any of their extend warranty’s.The vehicle was delivered with a day or two.Once I received the truck I noticed quite a few things that were never pointed out to me. Not on the video that was sent to me or the photos they provided online on their website.1) The bed cover looked weather to hell. At first glance it looked to be really old. The fibers in the cover were showing. Just looked really rough.2) The rims were in really rough shape. The rims were peeling. The chrome overlay that comes from the factory was peeling off. It looked horrible. Not considering all the center caps were not matching and the chrome had peeled off.3) There was a small crack at the top of the windshield. It’s big enough to be obvious to anyone driving the truck.4) The tailgate is difficult to open. You have to push into the tailgate hard to open it. No matter if the bed cover is on or off.5) It appeared as if one of the previous owners had taken a massive drill bit and drilled a hole into the bumper near the tag. Very noticeable. The tag on the truck was just screwed into the placed. No attempt was made to properly have any secure bolt added to place your tag. Very pour quality craftsmanship at the least.6) The front shifter is missing its cover that goes around it. It’s kinda hard to describe but there is some kind of rubber or something that is suppose to cover shifter at the base and it was completely gone.7) The light that goes in place with what gear you’re in does not work on the shifter. The light is on but is always in park.8) There is a 110 outlet that on the back of center console, for the back seat passengers. There is just a massive hole there. No outlet/plug.9) When I lifted up the back seat, that latch is broke. It pulls right out of the seat. You have to damn near break it to get your seat back down.10) The vehicle was not that clean when I received it. I know that it was driven roughly 400 miles to me, and can understand bug splatter or tire shine splatter. However, I have found candy rappers under the seats. Obvious area that you could tell was not wiped down. Hell, there still someone else candy wrappers in the hole at the gear shifter. Just the attention to detail was not there. It was a half job at best.I figured with buying a truck online and from a reputable dealer, at least it seemed, they wouldn’t try and “stick” it to you too bad. I was wrong. All these things were straight up not shown to me when I was looking at the truck and or purchasing the truck. I wanted a fair and honest sales rep but that is not what I got. 1 Reviews Sabrina souza Hoover, AL Reviewed : 04/30/2026 Comment : Micheal and Nick were just awesome thank you guys for helping me and my husband 1 Reviews Charles robinson Hoover, AL Reviewed : 04/29/2026 Comment : Leave work to get tag they didn’t put title application in my packet now I get to miss more work because of their laziness/// update they called and was very apologetic and regretted my issue.
