Comment : I started out having some electrical issues, which after some at home diagnostics we concluded it was my alternator. After changing it out, something else along the way got messed up resulting in my truck not starting. I took it to Lonestar Automotive on a Monday since I had used them in the past and I knew them to be honest and reliable. Roger was extremely helpful and thorough in hearing the problems I was having. He projected due to being busy it would probably be later in the week before the mechanics got to my truck. The next afternoon Roger called me and told me it was my starter fuse, and the mechanics had already resolved the issue. He did tell me that there were some other issues popping up in my dashboard that the mechanics were looking at as well. So they chose to be honest and thorough and check all the issues versus just the single one. I got called each day by Roger and got updates on my vehicle, and by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. Roger and the rest of the team at Lonestar Automotive do fantastic work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their vehicle. Thank you Lonestar!

Comment : Was putting spark plugs and coils in my son's truck and broke a refrigerator line on his truck. Lone Star worked us in on an emergency since my son was leaving in two days You guys are great! I have used you before I will again.

Comment : I had my vehicle towed to them on Monday the second of December. On Tuesday, December 3rd, I was told that the transmission had went out on my vehicle. He estimated the cost to be at 9 thousand dollars to fix the problem of on my vehicle. I just want to know why are you charging 9 thousand dollars for a transmission job sir? Why??? I even offered to buy a transmission online and bring it to them. This guy instructed me that 9 thousand is the price to fix my vehicle. Major price gouging at this place. Then, I still have to pay almost 4 hundred dollars for them to release the car after I told them that the problem was my transmission.I had my vehicle towed to them on Monday the second of December.
