Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I started out having some electrical issues, which after some at home diagnostics we concluded it was my alternator. After changing it out, something else along the way got messed up resulting in my truck not starting. I took it to Lonestar Automotive on a Monday since I had used them in the past and I knew them to be honest and reliable. Roger was extremely helpful and thorough in hearing the problems I was having. He projected due to being busy it would probably be later in the week before the mechanics got to my truck. The next afternoon Roger called me and told me it was my starter fuse, and the mechanics had already resolved the issue. He did tell me that there were some other issues popping up in my dashboard that the mechanics were looking at as well. So they chose to be honest and thorough and check all the issues versus just the single one. I got called each day by Roger and got updates on my vehicle, and by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. Roger and the rest of the team at Lonestar Automotive do fantastic work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their vehicle. Thank you Lonestar!

Comment : Was putting spark plugs and coils in my son's truck and broke a refrigerator line on his truck. Lone Star worked us in on an emergency since my son was leaving in two days You guys are great! I have used you before I will again.

Comment : We have had a few services done on several vehicles.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Someone always explained what was wrong and best option to take care of it. I highly recommend Lone Star and will continue to do business there.
