Comment : I brought my car to Lockhart Cadillac because of a check engine light, and Service Advisor Sam Pruitt made the experience one I won't forget. He was professional, welcoming, and put me at ease about the cost and time needed to diagnose the problem.

Sam's exceptional customer service made my visit a truly positive experience. I appreciate the care and attention he provided, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sam!

Comment : I have had my car in service 4 times for the same thing and now it will be going in for the 5th time. I am going to try to get it fixed and i will get rid of it so I don't ever have to go to these guys again. EVER!!

Comment : Lockhart service has become unprofessional and they have us over a barrel as the only dealer in town. Today I called 6 times during regular hours and they didn’t even pick up the phone.
It’s quite routine to have to call a DOZEN times to get a problem addressed. And forget about them calling “you” back. You just chase then until you get it accomplished. We’ve bought and sold cars with them over the years , but will not do so going forward. I cringe when I know I have to deal with them for service or a warranty issue.
