They were able to diagnose the problem and source new engine for us as well! They were understanding of our financial constraints and kept us informed throughout the repair process. Overall we couldn't recommend them more for their knowledge and honorability when it comes to car repairs. 1 Reviews Karina champion Olympia, WA Reviewed : 10/15/2026 Comment : I've brought three different cars to Lloyd's over the years and they have always been kind, communicative, and easy to deal with. They have helped me make decisions about what needs to be fixed keeping my budget in mind and helped me keep older vehicles operating longer with preventative maintenance suggestions specific to my vehicle. 1 Reviews Rod mager Olympia, WA Reviewed : 10/06/2026 Comment : I had trouble with my transmission, was advised by my mechanic to either replace or rebuild the transmission, and took it to Lloyds Automotive for a second opinion. The Lloyd's technician attributed the problem to electric switching in the coil pack and suggested the coil pack be replaced. I agreed, it was replaced, and the problem was solved. The cost of this saved me about $5,000. I'm a happy camper! The technician listed some other items needing replacement that showed up in the inspection, I had them done, and she rides/drives better than I hoped for at 240,000 miles. Thank you Lloyd's! 1 Reviews Bill dean Olympia, WA Reviewed : 10/04/2026 Comment : Excellent service, people who work there are very friendly and helpful. 1 Reviews Mark wood Olympia, WA Reviewed : 09/30/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Michael stuck Olympia, WA Reviewed : 09/28/2026 Comment : Started and finished on time, good value. 1 Reviews Deb b. Olympia, WA We recently came in because the transmission was leaking a bit and we needed the serpentine belt repaired. We arrived at 8:30AM on a Monday (always fun driving a 33' beast through downtown during rush hour traffic). My husband gave them the serpentine belt that he had bought to carry with us on the road. We were asked if we would need our bed back for the night and said yes please, but we could stay at our daughter's in Tacoma if they couldn't finish the job. An hour later we received the estimate by text message which we approved. There was a little hiccup when the mechanic discovered the belt we gave them was the wrong one (oof!) but they were still able to get the part and finish the work in one day. We picked-up Sweet Pea at 5PM and had her parked back at our Lost Lake property & set-up by 7PM. Total cost was a smidge over $1,700. We were happy with the service and time it took for work to be completed.'> Reviewed : 09/27/2026 Comment : We are full-time RVers in Olympia, so when we come to Lloyds for service on our 2004 Southwind Motorhome, we are literally leaving our home in their hands. We've brought “Sweet Pea” to Lloyd's three times for transmission repairs or service. It's never a budget repair when a motorhome is involved, but even a stick and brick home needs repairs, so we know it comes with the freedom of RV life. Fortunately, Lloyds has never taken advantage of us by doing unnecessary repairs. After the inspection, we learned the rebuild was a long time ago and agreed based on the detailed description of the poor condition to have Lloyds rebuild it.. This shop remained communicative, provided clear options and pricing that did not change at checkout. The shop is clean, run with high integrity and is full of trained professionals. How rare to feel so taken care of. Thank you Morgan for your expertise and a huge shout-out to the owner Jason for taking the time to reach out to us as well.
