Comment : They are liars. They tried to get $1000 of covered warranty work out of us. They took our $100 to look at the car and told us to leave it and they would call the warranty company. They never called the warranty company. We asked them twice and gave them information twice and then called and said it was not covered under the warranty which is incorrect when I called the warranty company. The warranty company have no record of a claim being called in by them. This was horrible customer service and taking hard working people's money. Scamming neighborhood people who don't know any better. So sad and deplorable.

Comment : They fixed my car the right way and took pictures before just to let me see what was wrong. I went to 3 different auto shops but neither could find the problem or they were just charging me for something that it wasn?t instead of being upfront with me , just telling me they didn?t know. But when I tell you I had my car and great hands leaving it with LIVERNOIS AUTO SERVICE I?m so happy. Never going anywhere else but here. My transmission had a leak and they found the problem in the exact location the auto test was saying at auto zone. My engine check light finally is off. After telling bagley auto my engine check light only comes on when something is wrong but he swore it was a censor even when my transmission was slipping top notch couldn?t even find the correct problem. Couldn?t be more thankful for their service. Oh and a FREE car wash Thank you LIVERNOIS AUTO SERVICE.

Comment : I was out of town & had metal in my tire. Unable to get my tire off, they patched my tire so quickly. Couldn’t have asked or received better service!

Comment : I caught a flat in the neighborhood today and happened to be a block away from this shop. Pulled up, Sam put his guy John on it immediately and he was able to fix the tire quickly and send me back to work in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to just put the spare on and he thought the original tire could be fixed and did so. Amazing work! Appreciate when good people take care of others in distress.

Comment : I go up there for a routine diagnosis I give the mechanic my keys he raises and proceeded to inspect the vehicle and suddenly out of nowhere SAM the guy who was the manager at the time just tells him to drop my vehicle and don't inspect it without any hostility on my part, even the mechanic was confused, I feel like I was discriminated against, the whole situation was just weird, and I need answers, I will be contacting the secretary of state to file a formal complaint
