Comment : I wish I could rank higher but it maxes out at 5. Casey was the guy in charge that really helped me out. My tire needed to be fixed and replaced before I left for a 4 week international trip later that day. I told him the time crunch I was under, I told him what my priorities were and he really went above and beyond. Many places would not have taken my dilemma seriously, would have wasted my time trying to upsell me on something I didn t need. Casey understood me clearly and responded to me clearly. Though my luck couldn t have been worse that day I m certain I made the flight because of Casey s professionalism and the way I saw him communicate with his team. I couldn t be happier with the way this was handled and would gladly recommend this type of professionalism to anyone. Thanks guys, got to see this view thanks to this shop.
