Comment : Made an appointment when they had an opening. My car sat there for 6 days, keep saying they were working on it but they were not. They finally got a tech to hook up a diagnostic scan and update software. Probably took 1 hour. No loaner car. Every time you call they transfer you to service manager and they wouldn't answer.

Comment : They were quick in getting our oil changed. Just wished the mechanic would clean his hands before getting into my new truck. Had oil on the steering wheel cover and on the hand grip to help pull yourself into the cab. Maybe have someone with clean clothes drive the vehicle and leave one person to change the oil and stay dirty.

Comment : Have cameras in my car, tech sat and drove my car while talking on the phone. Said my tires were bad, they are 6 months old. Took almost 3 hours to do a oil change, there was only 1 maybe 2 cars ahead of me.
