Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Went to the Mechanic shop and they plugged my tire. They didnt not put the key back for the tire and when I went to get the tire fixed the next day the shop I went to was not able to fix it because without the tire key the tire is stuck on the car. I called the GULF and they hung up on me after I explained the problem. Long story short they not only didnt put the tire on correctly, kept the tire key, and displayed horrible customer service. I would recommend staying far far away from the machanic shop at this location.

Comment : Been there twice now, first time to replace an old battery, second time for inspection. I will definitely be a regular there when my car needs anything! Friendly walk in service, work done quickly. I am glad this place is in my neighborhood.

Comment : women pls be careful lol the one guy here ALWAYS harasses me and chases me down for my number, 3/3 times i've asked for gas. wish i didn't have to walk in but the payment on the tank doesn't work and u have to pay up front.

Comment : I was visiting my family a few blocks away and the morning I was planning to drive home, I got a low tire pressure alert. On my family’s recommendation, I called Linnett’s and they were able to look at my tire within the hour. Turns out I drove over a screw. They patched my tire for me and I was less than an hour behind schedule! They also charged me such a reasonable price. The service was so fast and affordable, I was really grateful and impressed.

Comment : Very rare I write a review, but have to. After having already paid ~$250-$300~ in inspection fees over two separate visits in a two week span, I called to see if they would inspect the check engine light issue that wasn't caught during the first two inspections mere days after being checked the 2nd time... I think this is a fairly normal question: will I be charged a 3rd expensive "inspection fee" given the context and inconvenience of needing to bring the car in a 3rd time, or should I go elsewhere?

Regardless of the actual answer, which I never got, this review is more about how, 60 seconds into the call, I'm getting cussed out, yelled at, hearing grievances of "other customers who try to pull **** like this" (perhaps it's not the customers). I've never been talked to like that, let alone from a business that I'm paying... Life is short- stay away if you don't want to pay good money to get cussed out for asking basic questions about prices/services from an auto shop.
