Comment : I cannot say enough good things about Lifetime. We took our 2016 GMC Sierra to them with transmission issues. After diagnosing what was wrong they promptly sent emails and texts and also called us to keep us informed. We ended up needing the transmission replaced. Once they started tear down they found a couple other issues. They got it fixed and we picked it up. Driving home we noticed it wasn't running quite righ. As soon as I got home, I called and they told me to bring it right back. I did just that, and the next morning got a call, a text, and an email with details of an error the mechanic who did the work had made. The honesty and integrity that this person showed by taking accountability for the mistake showed us just what kind of people work at Lifetime. We were very impressed. It was fixed and my truck runs like a brand new one! Thank you Lifetime! We will recommend you to anyone needing transmission work! Also, shout out to Melissa for being so kind and so patient with me!

Comment : So far this van transmission is shifting like a new one. Lifetime Transmissions did their part, now we have to do our part in order to have the assurance of the lifetime warranty which is reasonable in my opinion. Beware that your estimate may go up if they find other problems that were not apparent when they did the estimate. We had a few. So far so good. We're so glad to have our van back and no transmission problems.
