Comment : When I first called lifetime transmissions, I knew immediately by the way they responded to me on the phone that I had called a place that cared about their customers more than about just selling a job. My transfer case had gone out and they helped me through the whole experience. They told me where I could find a good used transfer case
Gave me the number for a wrecker to take my car to them. The wrecker company they use was extremely kind and helpful also. They did the job at a very reasonable price and they gave me a large veterans discount.
They didn?t try to sell me any services I didn?t need, nor did they try to scare me with false concerns, about needing to have them check this or that potential problem so they could charge me for services I didn?t really need. I cannot say enough good things about them. They went out of their way to take care of me instead of doing everything to take care of themselves. I wish they did other mechanical work besides transmissions. They did a great job.

Comment : I work a lot so I never saw them in person. Dropped off the truck after hours filled out the paperwork and dropped it in the night box. Also picked it up after hours. These people were nothing but helpful. Truck has ran great since repair. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing transmission work.

Comment : Wonderful customer service!!! I was quoted over $5K for a diagnostic test at a Ford dealership and was told my transmission needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Lifetime Transmission and I didn?t need a replacement after all. Lifetime was able get me in and out quickly and I saved THOUSANDS of dollars! I was VERY impressed with their customer service and communication. They were honest, transparent, and clearly explained everything to me. Couldn?t ask for a better experience.
