Comment : My wife s ford explorer has highMileage and was having some issues with a shutter that I thought was a transmission problem. Lifetime did a full diagnostic test and found that it was a spark plug and misfire issue. So I was super thankful that they did the full diagnostic test. The transmission did need to be serviced with the high mileage. Comment : I had an amazing experience with lifetime transmissions they got me in asap. Adan Perez did a very thorough diagnosis on my vehicle and acknowledged all my concerns and made them solutions. Comment : LifetimeI m not sure what Lifetime had done to our JK which we have used as overland vehicle for many years . Since purchasing vehicle from a local dealer 10 years ago and we had made numerous modifications to fit our needs as an extreme overland vehicle. But it remained as a very unsatisfactory vehicle for our needs. When we had purchased it from the dealer, the vehicle had poor gas mileage usually less than 12 mpg with very rough gear shifting performance which we thought was due to the stocked 35 inch tires. Because of our off-road activities, we decided to go with 37 inch tires and knowing that we would need to have recalculation of the speedometer and shifting speeds. We were very lucky just to get 8 miles to the gallon and we were really considering about replacing the vehicle.A local overland shop suggested that we take it to Lifetime Transmission due to the success of the overland s clients that had used Lifetime in the past. Here we met Zachary who thoroughly cleaned and adjusted our transmission at a price that was very satisfying.We were in the hills the following week after Lifetime and found that our transmission and our vehicle has never run this well ever! We went from 8 miles to the gallon to 17 miles the gallon, the shifting process and power of the vehicle was surprising. Comment : Way over priced. Called for a quote. Was told 360+ dollars to reset transmission shift strategy and valve body ID. Lady that answered the phone was very rude after I told her that ford dealership charges 180. Don't recommend. Terrible costumer service
