It is a little further than most of the CJDR dealers in my area but well worth the trip. Thanks! 1 Reviews Myra hawkins Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 05/08/2025 Comment : Have ALWAYS had great experience with Liberty Jeep. This is my 4th purchase with Jeep & Antonio Allie is the BEST salesman!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Antonio for ur vehicle purchase! 1 Reviews Dan russell Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 05/06/2025 Comment : Spoke with James about about possibly upgrading my truck. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Best experience I've had at a car dealer. A+ I highly recommend. 1 Reviews Connor mcpherson Pataskala, OH My experience with my 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel: I dropped my truck off to have some work done, while it was in the shop they preformed a high pressure fuel pump recall(Z46). Afterwards the following occurred;1.) My radiator fan sensor was not properly plugged in and locked, so after about a day of getting my truck back it came loose and caused the fan to run at 100% speed.2.)After fixing the radiator fan senor, my truck started leaking diesel fuel inside the engine bay (the area the recall was preformed). I get the truck back to them and they tell me the leak was caused by a "injector supply line becoming dislodged from injector".3.)After problem #2 was solved, another fuel line began to leak inside the engine bay where the recall was preformed. I was told it was a "fuel return hose" and they quoted me "665 plus tax for parts and labor" to repair it. I was told they did not work on this line during the recall and just coincidentally started leaking. That's when I called Stellantis and filed a formal complaint on the dealership, as I felt the mechanic doing my recall must've done something to cause this leak. About 30-40 minutes later I got a call from the dealership stating they decided to cover the fuel line (talk about coincidence).4.)I picked my truck up for the last time. I get it home and immediately notice I have two coolant lines leaking (probably from when they replaced my water pump, one of the original repairs I took it to them for). I also noticed that my radiator fan housing had two bolts at the top that were loose. I decided to tighten the bolts back down and fix the lines myself. I also noticed a couple of fuel lines with clips on them were not clipped into their proper spots, (possibly causing them to become dislodged the first time). After fixing the issues from #4, I was able to drive my truck for about 20 miles before the next issue arose. I parked my truck over night and the next morning it would no longer start. This is when I was able to first talk to the service manager (after leaving a message and waiting over the weekend for a call back). I was very unsatisfied with his response to my problem, essentially telling me to bring it in when I can and they would look at it. I ended up having the truck towed to a different dealership.I am really glad I did because after going through the truck the new dealership informed me that they found unleaded gasoline in my fuel system. Unfortunately I cannot prove how that fuel got into a diesel system, however I can confidently say it was not me. I never got fuel after any of the times I picked the truck up from Liberty, leading me to believe it was either vandalized (unlikely), or one of their techs mistakenly put gasoline in it not realizing it was a diesel. After Byers found the unleaded fuel in my system they discovered the high pressure fuel pump failed and my injectors were ruined, undoubtably from the unleaded in my system. Luckily I have an extended warranty that covers my injectors, without that this mistake would've cost me roughly 3k.Byers got the truck back to me April 11th and all of their work was tested before returning it to me, and was confirmed to be done correctly, no more fuel issues now.Liberty did not test drive my truck or double check their work a single time the 5 times it was in there. Almost every problem I had could've been resolved if their mechanic double checked their work and/or test drove the truck. Please heed this review when considering their service department. Thanks, Connor McPherson'> Reviewed : 05/04/2025 Comment : I would like to start this review off by saying I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this dealership’s service department at all cost. If you are experiencing issues like I did, please call 1 (800) 334-9200 (Stellantis North America customer service) and file a formal complaint against the dealership.I don't want this negative review to affect Steve Bruner in anyway. I could tell his hands were tied and he was extremely polite. I could tell he was trying his best to help me however he could. My experience with my 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel: I dropped my truck off to have some work done, while it was in the shop they preformed a high pressure fuel pump recall(Z46). Jordan walked out and started talking to me like I was buying a car. I pointed at my daughter and said she is buying a car, not me. He went to her and started helping her with decisions and differences in the Jeeps. He let us drive one, and she was so excited. I couldn’t tell her no! Jordan was professional and courteous to my daughter, explained everything and walked her through the features. It was a beautiful night! Thank you Jordan for all your help! Mi in finance was amazing as well. I think she was more excited than my daughter!!! She even had bags of ducks for my kiddo! 1 Reviews Brent mitchell Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 04/28/2025 Comment : Good quick service w/o an appointment. 1 Reviews Brittany caughenbaugh Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 04/27/2025 Comment : This Jeep dealership worked really well communicating and texting to buy my new SUV. Just being able to negotiate by texting and then even doing the paperwork via computer prior to picking up made it very convenient being a mom of four. 1 Reviews Cincy podcast Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 04/25/2025 Comment : I asked about a blue honda civic. they pulled my credit and told me they could sell it to me. i said okay can i put a hold on the car? they said yes so i paid them the 1,000 for the hold then the next day they sold the car before i could buy it. that is a bad way to run a business. Never will come back! 1 Reviews Robert robarge Pataskala, OH Reviewed : 04/25/2025 Comment : Paying extra for a warranty and taking your vehicle here for anything is a waste of money and time.
