Comment : We were pleasantly surprised to having our thoughts and needs listened to. So many places try to tell you what you need instead of paying attention to the customer. We had a list of specific things we needed in a new truck and Jesse (our sales person) was able to provide answers and direction for the items we were unclear of. The rest of the team was equally helpful. (Finance and service department). Would highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase a new or used vehicle. A+++. Comment : The whole experience that I had at Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram was phenomenal they took my trade in gave me what I wanted for it put me in a brand new vehicle and I am extremely happy and satisfied to wear my old vehicle I was not happy I was constantly worrying when it was going to break down next

Comment : If you can go to another dodge dealer do it. Not sure if people even read reviews still but decided it was worthwhile considering what I experienced.Had my charger dropped off to have the thermostat, water pump, and serpentine drive belt replaced and got my car back 2 weeks later with missing parts (Yes 2 weeks later for a 2 day job at MAX). The brand new LED SRT badge I had JUST installed was apparently snatched off my car while sitting in their lot for 2 weeks and apparently nobody had any video footage or evidence of it. A quick google search will give you an idea of about how expensive aftermarket LED badges are.Instead of the dealer offering to replace everything and make my car look the way it did when it was brought in, they decided to offer to replace the ENTIRE grille yes the ENTIRE GRILLE and not the LED SRT badge for unknown reasons.Besides Steve offering to replace the entire grille when it was only ONE snorkel cover needing replaced and not the badge, this was by far the worst experience I ve had with a dodge dealership in almost 3 full years of owning my charger. Love the car but don t care too much for the dealership or the young inexperienced techs working there.If you can go to another dodge dealer do it.
