Comment : my granddaughter's car was in there. They charged her $700 just to return it in the same condition take it to a European. Shop because it was something to do with the timing. Another mechanic looked at it read the codes put in a coil solved out to them told who I was what it was about they put me on hold just never to answer my phone call wrote reply about trying to reach out to granddaughter never did all made up. Would never take it to this place.

Comment : This is the worst place ever my granddaughter took her car there because of it?s sputtering and not running correctly after paying $700 they gave her the car back in the same shape saying you need to take it to a European dealership because it?s a European car and it has to do with the timing. It was never the timing even the codes pointed as an electrical issue which was a coil pack being replaced, which they never did someone else had to do. It gave it back to her in the same shape. She drove it in but $700 less in her pocket. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There will be numerous one star reviews to follow mine.

Comment : We had our radiator bust and so we called Liberty car Care to see if they could get us in and they were able to get that in and fix it the same day so we only had to be without the car for the one day. That alone sounds amazing but what's even better is when we got there to pick up the car they told us exactly what the cause was and because it was a result of a previous accident we were able to connect with that other shop and they provided additional information to show that this was a result of that. Because of that, we were able to submit this issue to our past claim for refund, which saved us a ton of money. The shop was extremely friendly. Super helpful and when it came down to it they were there to help us get the best possible outcome. So thank you guys so much!.

Comment : I scheduled an appointment for 2/19 and my car stopped working for me on 2/13 so I gave them a call and asked if I could have my car towed there early to which they agreed. Not only did they let me do that but they took a look at my car on 2/16 and just called me saying it?s ready today! They have been very helpful and communicative and have definitely proved that they go the extra mile for their customers. I will definitely be returning to them any time Ive got an issue in the future! Highly recommend!
