Comment : Liberty Auto is a very fast and reliable car repair service in Harrisonburg, VA. I have taken two of my vehicles there in the last 2 weeks and have been treated with the utmost respect and care. I was in and out in under an hour both times!

Comment : Unprofessional shop. With all due respect, I book an appointment via website. They call me when I was on my way saying that they ran out of inspection stickers. I understood. They told me to come back the next day (Thursday) at the same time and I agreed. I come to the shop the next day, and they told me that they still didn???t have the stickers. Man, my time is valuable. Please don???t do this to others. First of all, make sure you???re stocked up with the necessary supplies. Second, don???t tell me to come and you still don???t have them. Don???t waste my time, please.The only reason why I gave them 2 stars, and not 1 is because at least he called me the first day.Unprofessional shop.
