Comment : i liked Sergio taking me in immediately, getting me the loaner, perfectly. When he let me know additional work needed, i.e. change the tires which were under warranty, and additional cost to install the tires, I truly don't recall him letting me know I'd also be paying sales tax as if I'd actually purchased the new tires. That was the only charge that distressed me. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

Comment : Easy, efficient, fast, and friendly service all around. I was given a loaner car without having to ask for one, my service was covered by my original salesperson without question, and Alex took great care of me when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up the next day.

Comment : One of the most comfortable and clean waiting areas with a spacious lobby area, several TV monitors, individual workstations, private rooms, several coffee options, and a wide assortment of snacks. Great communication from my service advisor while I waited two hours for my car to be serviced. Everything went as planned ... on schedule. Only wish they would re-introduce washing the car ... appreciated this extra touch in the past.

Comment : Came in, no appointment, flat tire. They said they could fix it in an hour and a half and they fixed it in 45. These guys are always wonderful. Thank you!
