Comment : I was there for 4 hours waiting on an oil change and wheel alignment. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half. Then they didn't do the wheel alignment because I would be needing tires down the road sometime. They then quoted me a price on new tires which I didn't need. So no, I'm not particularly impressed with the service department.
