Comment : Emergency arose when battery went dead. Service department was very helpful in helping me and my daughter figure out how to open the door and jump the battery to be able to drive to the dealership for a diagnosis and changing the battery. Colby and Joey were of particular help throughout the process. I will continue to use Lexus of Lakeway for my servicing needs.

Comment : Some of the best customer service you can get. The are very helpful and accommodating. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle right away and they allowed me to keep a loaner vehicle an extra 4 days. Kristi in customer service is amazing !
