Comment : Went in for 2 new tires. That part was fine. Shortly after I received an unsolicited text with a complete detailed list of what work and service needed to be done on my vehicle, including front brake pads, oil & filter changes. I had my mechanic check out the list and he found NONE of the so called issues. Everything was up to date and working well on my vehicle. So glad I didn't have Lex Brodie go ahead with the work. I feel they took advantage of my elderly age. Beware.

Comment : Came in for a safety check at 12:00. Took me until 1:45 to finally get said safety check came back after getting my registration. Then it took me another 30 minutes to simply get The stickers for my safety check. Absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours in total for A flipping safety check

Comment : This place is the worse! Came to get my car inspected after waiting over one hour, then I was given the wrongs keys back. Came back today 5/5/2025 with my paid registration papers and was told I have to to the whole process again resulting in another hour + just to get my sticker

Comment : My wife brought her car in there today to get a serpentine belt, and one tire pressure sensor we had an appointment they were extremely rude to her and made her wait over two and a half hours even though the Bays were all empty, we always took our vehicles there for all of our tires we will no longer do any business with them do yourself a favor and save yourself some frustration go elsewhere
