Comment : Asked for an alignment quote. They told me 140$ which isnt terrible but alot of shops are around the 100 mark. So I scheduled an appointment anyway since they are local and convenient. Showed up 20 minutes early went over everything again. Was getting ready to leave and get some lunch while I wait but first I need to sign the quote which now is 308$. I asked why it doubled they had some excuses about new bolts and labor for this or or that so im starting to get irritated. I said whatever I just need my car done so I can mount my new tires and they won't wear bad. Confirm my cell number so they can all when its ready. I walk back about two hours later and it hasn't moved. Now they claim it needs more work and will be 500$......still here about 3 hours after my scheduled appointment 🙃

Comment : We have always had great service, but today was over the top!! my granddaughter was getting an older car gifted and fixed for her birthday. It needed a lot of work- The crew there stayed late last night so it would be ready by today-her birthday!! So thank you Ian, Steven& David and the rest of the crew. She had a really tough year and you all showed so much Aloha and care!! We have been teary eyed!! A place with real heart!!

Comment : Bought an older used car recently, and it needed the tires balanced and a suspension and steering component check. Brought my car in for the Back to School special (detailed brake inspection, tire rotation, balance, adjust your tires air pressure, a thorough multi-point inspection and fluid top-off). The inspection is crap… they don’t actually test all the things because several of the things on the list marked as checked/good, are either fully disabled or don’t work on my vehicle. They said several things needed to be replaced, that were literally JUST replaced in the last few weeks. And then they called today with an OUTLANDISH quote for some of the repair that is actually essential. They quoted me $1300, and another local certified mechanic quoted $450. The parts quotes were unreal… like more than quadruple the cost of OEM parts from the dealer, before labor. One of the parts literally costs $15 for both sides (directly from Toyota), and they quoted $95 each! I get island prices can be higher, but as a former auto shop owner, this goes above and beyond being unreasonable and dishonest. Two stars because they did actually balance my tires, and though it is wildly inaccurate, I do like the report they provide after service… it’s good comedic material for my actual mechanic.
