Comment : $325 diagnostics charge to tell me I needed a new car battery, then $700 for a new battery. These guys are downright evil.

Comment : Not a good one! Came here to get one thing fixed and left without it being fixed. They had it for two hours and went through our whole vehicle and listed a full report of everything and said it would cost us $2000.
Not happy about this! Not to mention they charged us $125 to do all this! That's not what we wanted. Will probably never return unless someone addresses my unhappiness concerning this debacle!!!!!!!

Comment : I have had consistently kind and generous service at this location. I have come in several times for pressure checks on tires that were not installed at this location, and other warning light circumstances, including a low coolant warning. I am not a regular customer at this location, yet they always treat me with the greatest courtesy, respect, and often offer these smaller services for free. I find the staff at this location to be very knowledgeable, as I have asked detailed questions about the warning Indicators on my car so that I could understand better what was happening, and they have always been very helpful with explanations. Though I have not had a major repair performed here, I find this to be a very friendly, local shop and it's good to know they are right here in Pahoa.
