Comment : This place is the worse! Came to get my car inspected after waiting over one hour, then I was given the wrongs keys back. Came back today 5/5/2025 with my paid registration papers and was told I have to to the whole process again resulting in another hour + just to get my sticker

Comment : My wife brought her car in there today to get a serpentine belt, and one tire pressure sensor we had an appointment they were extremely rude to her and made her wait over two and a half hours even though the Bays were all empty, we always took our vehicles there for all of our tires we will no longer do any business with them do yourself a favor and save yourself some frustration go elsewhere

Comment : How does a business exist, especially in a small town when they can't even answer the phone during business hours???? Answer the phone! You can afford to hire a desk, person or receptionist if you're that busy. Duh!!

Comment : They lie cheat and steal from all their customers. They don't answer their phone. Had to call the Hilo store to have them call the Pahoa store to return my call. At this point they had our car for 2 days. Never taking any of our cars to them for repairs ever again.

Comment : I took my car last week for oil change. Took it home didn't drive it . Then yesterday I took it to pahoa my car died was able to turn around and go home. Woke up my water all over the garage they touched the Cap on my radiator which I don't you need to.put the Cap on right they said it was because my car needed antifreeze well we live in Hawaii water never freezes here this is not the mainland you just need water to put in radiator I shouldn't have taken it thereI took my car last week for oil change.
