Comment : This service ist just horrible. I don t know what else to say. I called on Friday and asked for a price for trailer tiers and if the $50off applies because I need 4 of them. They said yes sure. We agreed that I will bring on Saturday morning my 4 trailer tiers in and they will get them quick changed. After I arrived Logan told me that the $50 discount don t apply because of some made up shit. Online it still says that the discount applies. So I was already a bit confused. But ok. Then he started to tell me it will take until 12:30??? I was there before 9 and there was not a lot going on. But ok it is what it is. When we arrived at 12:10 he said they didn t started yet with the 4 wheels. I m like really I should get them latest at 12:30. So at 01:00pm I got up to the counter again and this arrogant Man named Logan was the whole time chatting with his buddy. And when I asked him what s up with my Tieres he said I need to check. He comes back after 5 minutes and says it takes about 20 min they just startet. What is going on here. That s insane. Just insane. When I asked him how that can be he just answered there where other clients more important. He should work in service at all.This service ist just horrible. I don t know what else to say. Comment : Great service and results. Had the death wobble at 50mph. Brought my Jeep to Brodie s and Logan checked us in. Patrick did a great job rebalancing the wheels. No more wobble! Service was fast and I was even a walk in! Thanks guys!

Comment : My husband & I bought 4 new tires with an ailment 6 months ago. When we got home, one of the tires was flat. It was repaired however, the tire warning light comes on every time we drive. We've taken our vehicle back several times and they still can't fix the warning light from coming on. We were told the sensors were cheap and to ignore the warning light. If there ever is a problem with one of the tires; we will never know. This is dangerous and it angers me. Why would Lex Brodie invest in cheap tire sensors that don't work properly?

Comment : I can't say enough good things about the Kona Lex Brodie's Service. I bought a used Toyota Corolla a few months ago, and I expected I had some issues needing to be fixed. I've had to go in 3-4 times over a couple months because the check engine light and other error codes kept flashing. My husband fix one issue on our own, and the guys at Lex Brodies were sensitive about testing the parts they thought might be a problem one by one to make sure they were working. Also because I had to come back, they didn't charge for a further diagnostic. I was expecting my repair would take a week or longer since parts were needing to be ordered, but somehow they managed to fix it in one day. I was very happy I got to return my rental car and get a refund. Especially as a woman who has had some bad experiences of being taken advantage of at other car repair establishments, I really appreciate how honest and hardworking the staff is. They take detailed notes in the service summary to describe what is wrong and exactly how they handled it, they don't do unnecessary work and protect the parts you may have already replaced, and they really care about the customers.
