Arrived first thing in the morning for a simple flat tire repair (nail in the tread). Three hours later, I'm still sitting here writing this review—and we're only just finishing up.

They claimed the tire couldn't be patched and quoted an outrageous price for a full replacement. The car sat on the lift for over 90 minutes with virtually no work being done. Unbeknownst to us, the staff contacted our rental car company (which wasn't even open when we arrived) and convinced them to authorize and cover a second tire replacement we never asked for.

Only discovered this when I walked around the shop and saw they'd removed a second tire without telling us.

Ended up paying $350 for one unnecessary new tire instead of a quick, cheap patch. No communication, no urgency, and clear upselling tactics.

Save yourself the headache—go somewhere honest and efficient.

Comment : went in for safety check in July 2025. they would not pass it because tires were over ten years old. i get that. went back in december 2025. they installed two brand new tires at 150/pop. then they tell me third tire has nail in it. can't be repaired because it is in a bad position? then I asked them to fix horn. they fixed it but it cost me 484.00 bucks. in what universe does a horn repair cost almost 500 bucks? would have been better off going to another repair shop. someone got a holiday bonus.lol.

Comment : Excellent. Thought I needed a new battery as it was not holding the charge. Iva checked and told me battery is fine, just needing a full charge as the car had been parked for several months. Charged it at no charge to me. Great service!

Comment : I purchased 6 tires for my truck; 315 each with warranty tax disposal install everything. Very happy.

A month later I hit a pothole; ruins my rim, blows out my tire.
Brought the truck in, boom Warranty covered it; no question no hey was this your fault, no well maybe actually the warranty technically only covers… Nope! Not the typical BS!

I will bring you all of my vehicles from this point on. You’ve won my business for doing the right thing.

Unlike R & G Tire! Support local not a tire company from the mainland ripping everyone off and than not taking responsibility for their work!
