Comment : Logan went out of his way to fail my truck. Mud flaps on a stock-suspension truck? A valid Hawaii insurance policy rejected because it was a PDF and not an app? Then he failed me over a third brake light on my camper shell, which passed with no problem before. Petty, inconsistent, and a complete waste of my time. Go anywhere else.

Comment : The guys at Kona Lex Brodie were so helpful! I had low tire pressure, so I stopped at a gas station to fill it with air. Somehow the air just leaked out instead of filling the tire. I was super stressed and scared. I went to Lex Brodie because it was close. Honestly I had not purchased my tires from them, so I wasn't sure they could help me. The first guy, Gabby was funny and helpful. He didnt even ask if I got my tires there, he just told me to pull around to the techs. I think he could tell I was anxious. But his kindness help me feel better. I pulled around to the tech, he came out and was super kind too. I didnt catch his name, but he was quick and helpful. Said the same thing happens to him when he tries to get air at the same gas station. Im sure he was just trying to make me feel better. It worked. They didnt expect any payment at all either. I will definitely be a future customer with Lex Brodie Kona. Thank you guys.

Comment : I took my truck in to Lex Brodys for an oil change and tire rotation. During the tire rotation, they took photographs showing that I needed to have my rear brakes replaced. I scheduled an appointment two days later to have my brakes replaced. They called me and said there were some rust on the frame and they could not put it up on that particular lift. Therefore, they could not do the brake job. When I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me $57 for a brake inspection. They did not do a brake inspection on that day. They took photos two days earlier and were trying to charge me for the photographs from two days earlier. I told him I could not trust him anymore and I left.

Comment : Do not take your vehicle here for repair. I have sat on this for a few days waiting on the store manager to call me to Voice. My concerns of the experience that I had involving the location on Kukini Highway in Kona no response. so buyer beware I would look for other places for car repair.

Comment : I came in at 7:30 a.m. with a nail in my left front tire that was causing it to go flat. It wasn't repaired until after 2:00. I am disappointed that I had to wait so long and will no longer recommend Lex Brodie to anyone who has an emergency.
