They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, was patient and worked with my schedule, finished the job quickly and went above and beyond with their full inspection and reporting. Comment : Brought my truck just for a safety check and tire rotation. Jesse and Bruce went above and beyond and checked my whole truck and sent me the report of the whole truck. Thats why I love lex brodies.

Comment : Horrible customer service. We had an appointment but were chewed out every single time we called in that we never had an appointment. They're 1 month out from being able to work on the car. The car has been in the shop sitting there for 2 days and it was only 10 minutes ago that they finally ran a diagnosis. There's gotta be somewhere else to bring our car in.

Comment : I went in for a safety check and oil change.. the staffs are nice and I felt great knowing my car got the service it needed. I drove just down the road to the store and felt my car wanted to die on me, went shopping not more than 30 minutes came back it didn"t want to start. I never had this problem before finally after trying again it started. I got home safe all the way up mauka turn off my car and was too afraid to start it up again. I dont know how to rate this.
