Comment : Best place to go for Tires, batteries and much more. I've been going to this location 40+ years. Everything around them changed and Lex Brodie is still there. I remember a Pizza Hut and KFC and McDonald's next to them. Staff has changed throughout the years too at Lex Brodie, the consistency of their service, manners and quality remains top notch. I can go there with appointment or walk in and my car issues is taken care of in reasonable time. They check computer for your warranty and tell you "free tire repair etc". Their prices is comparable and they do price match other tire places. What a deal!!! Keep up the good work Lex Brodie Waipahu!! Thank you all, hope you all get free lunches from the boss!!

Comment : Don’t waste your time. This is the second time I’ve made the mistake of going here. Both time I’ve come here for extremely simple things, with a premade appointment, and it’s taken them over 5 hours. For an oil change or a safety check i feel like that’s insane. There’s way more efficient places on island.

Comment : I has a leaking tire and schedule a walk-in and wait service. The tire was deemed unrepairable and a new tire was provided under warranty and I only had to pay for the disposal and install fee. The work took 1.5 hours, which was within the estimated time provided when I made the appointment.

Comment : I called to make an appointment to have an alignment performed on my car. My vehicle information was already in the DB as I’ve had work done on this car before. I showed up for my appointment, the tech walked over to my car, shook his head while looking at the roof and said he can’t do it.

Fast forward 2 days. Car Geeks in Kapolei finished my alignment in less than 30 minutes and told me that there’s no reason Lex Brodies couldn’t have performed this task.

The funny part is everyone at Car Geeks just shook their heads and laughed.

Takeaway: Don’t believe anyone at Lex Brodies!

Comment : Sister died and her 2021 Honda Civic battery went completely dead. On Sunday, when we called from the road, Samson & Caleb fit us in 1 hour before closing. They both provided excellent customer service, they deserve a raise, or atleast a great lunch!!

From this experience, I would consider going to Lex Brodie for other services too!
