Comment : Went in with no appointment and they took my walk in. Braddah in front was quick and friendly when giving me estimates. They also price match which is awesome. What they normally charge per tire $237, I got it for $185 since they price match. They don't match installation and other fees but it's not a whole lot more than what Sam's club charges with the benefit of a walk in. Sam's would've had to make appointment and I'd have to wait for my tires to arrive to the store which would be a week wait. So the added cost is worth it to me. I know however that some days they do get busy and stop taking walk ins at a certain point so I recommend calling ahead to make sure. I went to Midas and Sam's right before going here and Midas would have needed to order my tires and do it the next day. Midas also didn't give me option on what tire I exactly wanted. Midas was charging almost the same amount for much lower quality tires. Sam's is where I normally go but I stated, I would've had to wait a week which I wouldn't be able to do since my safety expired and I need new tires to pass. Overall... I 100% recommend lex brodies. Price, quality tires, and awesome service. Will update my review if need to since I currently am sitting in the waiting room for my car but they were awesome so far before even working on my car so I'm sure my review will stand even after.

Comment : Called other tire shops to inquire whether they had the tires I wanted in stock. None had them and could not give me a time frame for when it would be available. Supply chain issues perhaps. But Lex Brodies had them! And they do price matching. Great customer service. Friendly. They are busy but installation time was reasonable for the number of people waiting that day. Good experience.

Comment : Was able to schedule my appointment easily online. Took my truck in and was finished a lot sooner than I was expecting! I always receive excellent service from Lex Brodie Waipahu and is the only place I take all of my vehicles for service!

Comment : I ran over a screw and had a slow leak. They fixed my tire, were very polite, and honestly, the wait time wasn't bad at all. These are real professionals.
