Comment : My aunty came to you folks for help and you guys didn't do your jobs!!!!! She brought her car in multiple times and had to tell you guys what was wrong she spent $800 on it and had to catch the damn bus to get a rental and pay for it out of pocket girl at the Waipahu shop hung up on her!!! So lucky I'm not even on island it would be worse. So I'm taking this higher than store manager

Comment : Chris B and Sam did the safety, tire rotation, and alignment on both of our cars. Everything has been working great, was quick, and they were both very helpful in answering my questions. Would go back any time.

This transparency is key: you always know what you're paying for, and the prices are fair. The staff are fast and focused on getting you back to your life safely. They are friendly and genuinely helpful, not pushy salespeople. They take the anxiety out of car trouble. That feeling of trust and relief is what earns them the perfect score.

Comment : Had a flat tire and swung by an hour before closing. Got in and out quickly, and the staff were super friendly. If I have any other issues, I know exactly who I’m going to.

Comment : I can't speak highly enough about Lex brodies customer service at this location. Leialoha is so helpful over the phone, she literally worked with me on helping me get the tires I wanted, and was willing to listen to my issues I was dealing with my car, and was willing to help with these issues. She never was impatient with me and treated me with utmost respect. She is the best. The technician was helpful in showing me what the problems were with my vehicle and how I can fix it. I will definitely be coming back here.

Comment : I last posted a review 4 years ago (of course it was 5 stars), again this morning I am posting about my experience from 2 days ago. Once again, I am completely satisfied with not only the speedy service they provided but the affordability. I won't specify what dealership quoted me over $2800 to change my tire sensors but this place charges a fraction of what dealerships charge. C'mon now, who in their right frame of mind wouldn't want save literally "thousands?" Again I say, " THANK YOU, VERY MUCH!" Mahalo Lex Brodie's Waipahu!!

Comment : 🌊MORE THAN JUST A TIRE SHOP🌊

Aloha, I’m here to leave a review for the Lex Brodies Waipahu location. I was recently stranded on the side of the road after my car overheated and shut off. After calling around different mechanic shops for diagnostic prices, I found Lex Brodies to be the most reasonably priced, so I decided to go with them.

I had my car towed to them on Friday morning, and by Monday morning it was ready for pickup. I was a little worried at first since Lex Brodies is mostly known as a tire shop, but they did a great job fixing my overheating issue! They were honest, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and got my car running smoothly again. Definitely recommend 5/5 stars, Mahalo!
