She made the process a breeze and explained her recommendations to me thoroughly. She made this a 5 star experience for me, give her a raise!

Comment : I woke up and discovered my car had a flat tire. I called and was assisted by Charlemaine Blue. She helped me get an appointment, checked me in when I got there, and assisted me when vehicle was ready for pickup. Her customer service was 5 stars. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly communicated what to expect with my visit. My car was done in a reasonable timeframe.

Comment : Mahalo to Kris and Richard for their amazing customer service! In October 2025, I purchased new tires, and unfortunately in January 2026, a screw went through one of them. Because of the screw's placement, the tire couldn't be repaired but Kris and Richard went above and beyond to help me out. They worked with me through the warranty so I didn't have to buy a brand new tire just three months later. I truly appreciate their kindness. Thank you again, Kris and Richard! Highly recommend this shop for great service and genuine aloha spirit.

Comment : Iʻve had my car serviced at Lex Brodies for over 40 years and every branch is great. However, the AIEA branch is superior because of consistent great service from Chris and the entire team. She is super patient, warm and professional and takes the time to explain all of the available discounts i.e. AAA, Costco, and Senior. After a harrowing experience with a flat tire, she brought me "right in" when I explained I had a plane to catch. I have more stories.... and all point towards Chris and team having the Aloha Spirit in every way. I think of the AIEA Lex Brodie as "the model" of excellence among all of their shops.

Comment : Absolutely horrible experiences with Lex Brodies that I'll probably never come back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Brought my car in for a scheduled appointment to locate oil leakage from my car on the weekend. Upon checking in, I specifically told the receptionist that I needed to have my car back by Monday morning as I needed it for work. She told me it would be done by then. Saturday came and went, on Sunday afternoon after failing to hear back from Lex Brodies, I called only to be told that there was no mechanics that day and the earliest they could look at it was Monday morning, exactly when I said I needed it by. I then took my car in for a scheduled safety check in December, only to be told that I needed to fix my windshield as it was cracked (already had another company scheduled to replace this) and that they would recommend to change out my tires, but was told to come back after I fix the windshield and that it would pass inspection at that time. No failed safety check note was provided like other companies do. So I fixed it and came back. Scheduled yet another appointment for a safety check and then was told that they wouldn't pass me until I change out my front tires. I told them the person who I spoke to a few weeks back told me it would pass regardless of me changing the tires but still failed the safety check. Yet again, no paperwork was given to me to show I failed the safety check and the reasons I failed. I'm over the BS of this location. Might I add, when I picked up my car after failing to look at the oil leakage, they could not locate my car and had me waiting for a good 20 mins before they found it. And when I picked up my car after the first failed safety check, they lost my keys and was scrounging around to find it. Yeah, even as I reread what I just wrote, I won't be back.
