Comment : Can't believe it took them 4 hrs to do safety check, oil change and rotation. Unbelievable. This shop needs proper organization and management - causing too much inconvenience to customers.

Go somewhere else.

Comment : I'm a long time customer to Lex Brodies Kalihi. Last week, I was driving my Leaf on the freeway, far left lane and I heard a loud pop. My rear right tire blew up with a nail on the road. I limped over to Lex Brodies Kalihi and Blossom with a smile checked me in. They replaced my damaged tire and had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time as I needed to go back to work. Richard and Brooke check me out fast and friendly smiles. I heard that next month that they're closing temporarily, which I'm saddened by the news. Comment : Have been going for years batteries, tires , etc the staff is always polite and helpful,  a couple of weeks  the slow leak on my tire went almost flat over night, without an appointment,  and planning to wait a long time, they removed the screw in a few minutes, without charge! I got to work early, they have 2 life long auto's from our house

Comment : I've been going to Lex Brodie's Kalihi for some time now and their service has always been great.  I made my appointment on-line to have an oil change, AAA 40 Pt inspection and free tire and balance.  Brook confirmed with me the type of service i came in for and any discounts that I could have.  She's always been more then helpful in going over my invoice and if I had any questions.  I hope Brook gets recognized for her outstanding customer service.  She may not realize it, but on the outside, she is a true asset to the company.  Big Mahalo's Brook.  From Marcy K.

Comment : Im a repeat customer!  Got a flat tire in metro Honolulu and called to check if they had my type of tire available and lucky for me, they had it!  Also checked with costco that did not have any in stock and would take 2 weeks to arrive on order.   Also checked 2 other places close by and they didnt have it in stock.  Decided to call a little farther out to Lex Brodie Kalihi and yes! 4 new Michelin tires (already decided I was going with 4 prior to calling) all done within the hour

The customer lounge is a/c and comfortable.  No complimentary drinks and no eating in the lounge now.

Mahalo to Travis, Smiley, Brook, and Richard for awesome fast service and im very happy that Lex Brodie had my tires in stock!  They deserve lunch on L.B.!

Comment : The manager on shift at 5pm on 5/6/2022 was outstanding. Sorry we didn't get her name but she was extremely helpful in fixing purchasing errors we had made. We will be back her for time to come and she definitely deserves praise and rewards!

Comment : Brooke and her staff was super friendly and very professional. I went in for my tires to be replaced and ended up making some good relationships. Big mahaloz to the crew working at this location you'll definitely see me again.
