Comment : Normally I come to Lex Brodies for tires with my personal car and company car. Had my tires done about 6 months ago. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8am. There were about 4 people in line in front of me at 730am. One of their associates checked me in at 745. It's 1145 and I had about 10 people who came into the waiting area after already get their vehicles for what ever services they need and I'm still here waiting. I mean cmon, oil change and tire rotation takes 4 hours? What's the point of having an appointment when you get beaten by walking coming in? I think it's terrible to wait that long for this type of service. Some places can get it done in under an hour! I came for the free tire rotation but decided to get the oil change since I needed one anyway. Would I recommend this place to buy tires, yes, but for some of their other services NO! Wasted time IMO

Comment : The service provider COP was very helpful and friendly!!! I would highly recommend Lex Brodie to my friends and family if their need to service their vehicles. They were fast and did an excellent job on the repairs on my truck.

Comment : I'd been having issues with my tire pressure indicator and initially thought there might be a nail, so I stopped by this place to have it checked. Although they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, they took the time to thoroughly inspect it and explained what might be going on. They also recommended that I visit a dealer if the indicator pops up again, which I really appreciated. As a female driver, going to car-related shops isn't always something I feel comfortable with, but the staff at Lex Brodie's made me feel genuinely valued and well cared for. I strongly recommend this place. They're open seven days a week, and you can stop by without an appointment for urgent needs.

Comment : Making online appointment was easy, check in for appointment was slow but easy, service was pretty quick, customer service agent was courteous, discounts were applied easily, estimates for recommended repairs were clearly written on invoice.

Comment : Needed an oil change done in a pinch, car was very overdue. Service people were nice, but 150 bucks for just an oil change that took the better part of 6 hours to complete? Unsat. Dropped my truck off at 8AM, went to go do some work, came back at 1PM and the truck still wasn't even being worked on yet, didn't get the keys until almost 3PM. Ended up being late for an event i had that afternoon, wasn't very happy with my experience. Should be a section of the shop cordoned off for exclusively express services.

I was taken in quick and I understand the process and how busy they were I waited and I'm happy I did no more wobbles all the way home!!!! thank you to Jayda and all the lex Brodies staff!

Comment : Brought in car for alignment. After their service? The work was no charge because they reported that car was in GOOD alignment. Even gave me the alignment report. Amazing. NO Charge!!! Thanks Lex Brodie!!!
