Comment : Went to get a safety inspection with a scheduled appointment. Waited to get service and get started. That went fairly smooth. However when I went to pick the vehicle up it took forever to get back my vehicle. Had to stand in line with the other customers that were checking their car in. Well almost half an hour later got my vehicle. They should have an area where you can pickup your car then just pay. Just ridiculous that you have to stand in line again just to pickup your car. Not going to have service there ever again.

They’re very welcoming and make sure that they explain everything that’s going to be done with your vehicle. When everything is said and done can’t be happier with the outcome. Comment : I needed new special order tires on my Tahoe. Maile got the tires in same day and we set up the replacement and alignment. In the process they found I needed to replace my ball joints. We were able to add that to the service and get the parts same day. All in all I was updated throughout the process, service was speedy and best of all my truck drives like when I first bought it! Thanks to the whole crew for great service. My only comment would be that am check in could be quicker. Plan to wait a little bit.

Comment : Maile, who helped us with getting everything set up for our appointment was spot on. It started earlier in the week when she contacted my wife and I to discuss tire options for my Silverado. She had to get the tires sent over from their warehouse so they would be ready for our Saturday appointment. Everything went smoothly and we love the new BFG tires!!! Thanks Maile for your outstanding customer service and thanks Lex Brodies for continuing to be our go to shop. 5 Star service!!!

Comment : My very first experience having my truck worked on at the Kaneohe location. I needed my Toyota Tacoma front suspension checked out because it was vibrating and having some knocking sounds. I called on a Sunday to see if they could take a look at the issue and Brooke said to bring my truck down for diagnostics and will let me know what their technician findings are. She called me back on Monday and told me what was causing the issue and what it'll cost me for the work. I decided to go with the repair. To my surprise she called me on Tuesday and said that my truck was ready for pick up. Their technician did a very thorough job and and making sure everything was checked out. When I picked up my truck the technician also explained to me what future repairs I should do. This was the best experience I had. Wanna Thank Brooke for her excellent customer service and their technician for doing such an awesome job on my truck. . I highly recommend this location if you need quality service.

Comment : The experience with this company was exceptional, from making an appointment to checking in with a friendly and helpful desk clerk, Brook. She informed me of the wait time for my car to be given a safety check and notified me of its completion. Also, the checkout was fast and courteous. This was above my expectations. I will use this company for my future car needs.
