Comment : This was by far the best business that I have taken my vehicle to for repairs! Upon entering I was greeted warmly by two women at the desk. Brooke assisted me in getting my vehicle taken care of. She called me with updates on my vehicle and updated quotes. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease. I picked my car up by mid-afternoon and it runs so much smoother and quieter. Comment : Front desk staff were prompt in helping me when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The waiting room was clean and nice, but I was a little disappointed that the coffee was cold, but it may have been due to the time of the day - 2:30 PM - when most people may not drink coffee. However, the cold coffee was very good - I think it was Lion's Vanilla Mac roast.My slow leaking flat tire repair was completed in about 2 hours after arrival. I am very happy with the service and the staff. All the work was done professionally and cleanly (I was watching from the visitor area to warm up due to the waiting room being a little bit too cool for me).I have used the services of Lex Brodie's for all my tire needs since the 1970's and have always gone to them when I needed tires.
