Comment : Great service and support. Brought my leaking tire in without an appointment. The Kaneoue location was so busy I was sure I would get service. They took my truck in and was able to fix the leak by the end of day. Appreciate the staff being straight forward and respectful.

Comment : Long overdue additional review but had to get to it finally! After getting my car serviced on 2/7/2025, I went back on 2/10/2025 for a follow-up. After receiving great service on my first visit from Maile, I was ready check in with her again but later found out she was off that day. Walking up to check in, I immediately recognized 'Brooke' from another location from years ago. So we had a bit of reminiscing to trigger our memories. After reviewing my service details from a couple of days before Brooke thoroughly explained all in detail to my understanding and assured me all will be checked out for the follow-up. A little later a service representative came by and checked with me to see if I needed anything. I recognized her too! I also remembered 'Vechelle' from another location from years ago! It felt like a 'homecoming'! It was so nice and most comfortable to see both Brooke and Vechelle from years ago at this location. Thank you Brooke and Vechelle for your awesome service! To wrap things up, manager Rylan Miguel pointed out certain instruments require dealer review and suggested I give it consideration. Another great servicing appointment and all much appreciated! My next appointment is already scheduled for October at this Kaneohe location and looking forward to it.

Comment : Not good I’m afraid.
I had a 1pm appointment.
I left my car, came back 2 1/2 hours later and they didn’t even start the oil change.
I came there specifically to get the extras, like tire rotation and balance, fluids checked, battery checked that come with the service but had to forgo all that because I didn’t have time to stay another 2 hours.
The service worker said they dropped the ball and gave me some money off but what a waste of my time. Very disappointed.

Comment : Fast efficient service. Wifes car got a flat, they took us in within 30 mins. Decided to change all tires and get an alignment, and they got or it all completed in 2-3hrs .
