Comment : I bought a NEW F150 last Friday 4/24. I had it for 3 days before it was towed to your service department due to loud motor knocking and I was told it needed a new motor at 200 miles on the odometer. I made it very clear I was uncomfortable with that option and needed a manager of some sort to call me. I was told someone would call me yesterday by end of day about this and nothing. After we contacted several people the next day, a manager named Mason finally called and basically told us we were being unreasonable not wanting to accept a new motor in a brand new truck we barely bought a week ago and said that’s not how they will normally do things. He said If we wanted a new truck we would have to trade in the truck with the faulty motor and take a hit. We disagreed and asked for a different manager to call us. and now we’ve been told someone will call us on Monday…. Not happy at all.
