Comment : This purchase was our 5th Jeep purchase and the first at Lewis Jeep. It was a very good experience. Our sale representative Colton was very pleasant and professional all the way through the process which was initiated online.

Colton had all the details prepped for us on arrival from several hours away. After a good test drive session we did the final papers and were on our way.

No pressure, just straight forward professional treatment by a young man that shows he cares about his job, his employer and most importantly, his customers.

The other folks we met at Lewis were helpful too.

I look forward to our first service visit to see how the maintenance folks operate.

Comment : If I could leave negative stars I would !!! The service department is an absolute joke to put it nicely. I noticed my jeeps engine had a tick one day and knew it had to be either a bad Lifter, Rocker or Cracked Exhaust Manifold; I called the dealership to get an appointment scheduled for them to fix it under warranty. I took my jeep in to them, two weeks later I get it back. The following day I look at the repair order and notice several things associated with said repairs were not done. Even just a simple oil change to remove all the metal shavings from the scored cams. I called and spoke to service who told me that yes the items I brought up should have been taken care of originally and to get it in right away. Hours later I get my jeep back. Three days later it begins misfiring and throwing engine codes. So back in it goes. A week later I get my Jeep back and was told that they simply switched the misfiring plug and coil to cylinder one as well as reset the adaptive values, two days later it sounds like the engine was about to jump out of the engine compartment. I opened the hood only to find that they never bolted the engine back together. Intake, throttle body, wiring harness, hangers, top end supports etc. Once again it goes back to the shop ! They put things back together and tell me I could come pick it up after hours and they would leave it outside the service bay; I go to pick it up to which my jeep is nowhere to be found ! Couple days later the misfire and check engine lights are back. At this point I started running diagnostics myself to find several engine codes, as well as a intake valve stuck high position code, which would cause the misfire/code. When I brought up my concern of the valve being set or lapped incorrectly causing damage to the cylinder head, I was told that would be a worst case scenario. When I dropped it off for however many times we are up to now they found out that they would again have to replace all lifters cams and rockers due to them being damaged again. When I asked about the cylinder head the service advisor stated that the tech had not noted anything so I “should be OK” I stated should be and are, are two different things so please check the cylinder head. The next day he calls me back to advise me that the cylinder head had in fact been damaged due the original work being done incorrectly and that they were going to have to replace it now as well. This whole time I asked several times to speak with the general manager; they would constantly bring me everyone except the general manager !!!! Now my jeep sounds like a diesel which is caused by ? Yep you guessed it !! Faulty lifters, cams, rockers, bad cam phasers or internal parts not being torque to spec properly, so I am currently driving around in a ticking time bomb waiting for this engine to fail further than it has already. I will be contacting Jeep corporate first thing Monday morning as well as possible legal counsel do to the copious amounts of issues and damages caused by this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! They had my jeep in their shop for approximately TWO MONTHS and the issue has not been fixed but only made worse. If anyone would like to see copy’s of the RO’s or the pics of my engine not put together after picking it up I will be more than happy to share. if this is how their service dept is going to handle things and if this is the quality of work they do I recommend never even contacting them. Call superior in Siloam or literally any other Jeep dealer.
