Comment : Absolutely do not have your car repaired at this place. They are in no way as they claim to be; they never replace your car's parts with genuine ones. Initially, they show you a great deal of attention, but later on, they won't even answer your calls. Customer satisfaction is zero; anyone who entrusts their car repairs to these individuals will live to regret it.

They handled my situation quickly, confidently, and solved an issue that several other places could not figure out. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful service. Comment : I'm shocked at how professional these people are! I came with a hub that I couldn't remove, and in just 10 minutes, they used a press to extract it and completely remove the rot! I tried to offer them money, but they refused and did it for free! These people are truly professionals in their field!

Comment : So incredibly disappointed!! Brought our vehicle in the last week of November for issues with it stalling and were told that the alternator needed replaced… when that was completed we were then told the timing chains needed replaced and the price went up by thousands… over the course of the next SIX WEEKS we got the run around. Every time we called there was either no answer or no update because Mike wasn’t around… when we couldn’t get in touch via phone we went to the shop in person only to be met with a locked door during regular posted business hours. We finally picked up the “finished” car and not only is it still stalling, there is now a low oil pressure warning! We are now out thousands of dollars and have more issues to deal with. Our family has been using this garage for years but this will be the last time. Disgusted that loyalty to a small business has been met with such poor customer service and after spending thousands we still do not have a safe vehicle for our family.

Comment : Received prompt service and Mike found the issue and fixed my vehicle quickly. I trust him amd he was fair with me. He didn't try to gouge me like other shops have tried. He was patient, explained the issue, and treated me like his own daughter. I am definitely coming back for my next service.
