Comment : went in to have alignment done and the airbag steering wheel cable replaced. They kept the car all day nd did not pull it into the shop until late afternoon. When I went to pick it up they put it on the alignment rack but did not align it said they didn't have the needed tool and charged me for the full alignment. The airbag cable was NOT replaced yet they charged me for it and now I hav to pay another mechanic to align the car and replace the airbag cable. DISHONEST!!!!! DO NOT USE!!

Comment : Had my battery die a few miles from home, and when I contacted AAA and thought I'd be waiting over an hour, I received a call from one of the servicemen named R. Miller who was there in less than 15 minutes. I had my battery changed quick and was back on the road in no time. I really appreciated the quick convenience and pleasantness of the technician! Thank you again!

Comment : Ok, called AAA. 2 minutes afterwards the tow truck driver calls, ETA 15 minutes. Then the shop calls, driver on the way. 15 minutes, they were here. I was worried that I needed a ride after dropping my car off. The driver said no. He would drop it at the shop and check it in for me, I did not have to do anything. He did exactly what he said. So many times with so many bad experiences, but this time, 2 days later, I still can’t believe what a good experience I had with this shop.

Comment : Gilbert came out fast, tested my battery, tested my starter, tested my alternator, and had a replacement battery on the truck. He removed and replaced the battery fast. The battery cost the same as the local shop that I use. Great service and very prompt.

Comment : I had a car towed into Lenny's after it wouldn't start. Was contacted early the next day, and a service tech was immediately assigned. By 1:00 I had a full estimate which was way more than I wanted to do at this point. Dave the mechanic and I had a long discussion and he did what was needed to be done, along with additional work needed for state inspection in March. They were very prompt professional and helpful and jumped right on the car and I picked it up same day
