Comment : They have been very helpful facilitating my warranty repairs through carmax. It hasn't been streamline with carmax. Carmaxs system is a bit of a mess. But Ester in the office has your back!! She'll get what you rightfully deserve.

Comment : Great people. I was able to get a time slot very easily and they were all so very nice. Seemed only a short while before the mechanic came in to tell me the car was ready and parked in the handicapped space where I parked it to begin with. So nice.

Comment : Such a friendly and transparent repair shop. My car was having issues with the brakes, and the automotive technician explained to me in detail about what was wrong, why it had happened, etc. This made the experience significantly less frustrating, and I learned quite a bit about cars in the process which was really nice.Jennifer at the front desk is so professional and helpful. She's very knowledgeable about delivery times for parts and gave good estimates as to when I'd be able to get back on the road.I highly recommend Legacy Automotive Repair, and I wish I lived closer to the shop so I could take my car here exclusively!Such a friendly and transparent repair shop.
