Comment : Lee's always do a great job. Came in with misfire and first they had to diagnose and do some more investigation. They were very good with communication. The called and told me what they had found and what else they would need to do for the diag. They also told me how much it would be before they started to get the ok. Then they came back and did not have to do some of the work and found what was wrong and only charged me for the initial diag. That does not happen at alot of business these days. They are very honest and have good techs that do a great job. The only complaint is sometimes is takes up to a week to get your car in, but if you are running a type of business that they are, you are very in demand, so it not that big of a complaint. Comment : 25 years of the best auto repair in Kansas City or in Independence. Family first. Lee Wilson has a heart of gold. You’re lucky if you read this review and can thank me later because it is rare to find someone who cares so much in the car repair industry. He’s a master mechanic in every definition while remaining humble. Everyone in his shop is respectable Stephen, Steve, all the mechanics and office personal, it’s a family shop. Thank you to everyone who works so hard to keep it flourishing. Honesty and trust are hard qualities to find…Amazing 11 star review if I could. This is the best car mechanic in the Midwest by far, he once diagnosed my car over the phone before FaceTime…literally held it to the engine bay. Amazing.

Comment : These people were amazing. I went in intially needing some new tires so my car would run, and i asked them to give it an inspection to tell me what other major/safety issues needed to be addressed. Normally most places would give you a list thats fluffed out with such small things that they aren't even issues, but they will present them as problems that need to be addressed immediatly. Not here, they gave me 2 lists, 1 list of immediate safety issues which ended up being my brakes and tire rods as well as the tires i was initially there for, and a list of stuff that wasn't immediate, but needed to be done shortly. When doing the tire rods they even found that it was only 1 rod that needed to be replaced, instead of the 2 they initially said, so they took that one off rather than just doing it and charging me anyways. We just did the second list yesterday, and both times they were extremely quick to get everything done, but also honest about how long it would take. Both times i just left it overnight and they had it done the next day. I've taken my car to multiple shops in the area over the years, but this is the only one i would actually recomend 10/10 great job here.These people were amazing. Comment : These guys are honest and do a great job at problem solving. They resolved an issue that my Lexus was having for $240 and Toyota quoted me $1700. Will be returning to them for future work!
