Comment : I paid over $500 to have my travel trailer's air conditioning, hot water, heat, and toilet gasket inspected and repaired.When I got there, the toilet still leaked, the air conditioning was vibrating, and there was a water pump filter that had broken and was never inspected. I had to stay for an hour extra to have the AC and the water pump remedied and they still charged me extra for the part. The toilet still leaked after all was said and done. The service that I received was clearly not a great value and the work that I asked to have done was not completed.

Update: I reached out to management after their response to this review. I left a voicemail and it has been over a month and I have not heard back. It seems that the response to my review was a virtue signaling rather than a good faith attempt to rectify the fact that I paid over $500 to have my camper returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. I ended up having to undo the screws on the ceiling and reset the air-conditioning baffle plate by myself with the help of Google Gemini. I never thought that I’d see the day that AI was replacing the jobs of RV technicians, but here we are. It seems to be apropos that the word honest is in quotations on their sign.

Comment : We traded in our 31 ft travel trailer and downsized to a 25 ft "Couples Trailer" - a new to us 2021 Coachmen Spirit Ultra Lite! We love it ❤ I've been moving our stuff in and decorating. Our dog, Darren likes it, too!
Miriam is a great sales person, Stefanie walked us through the financing, Scott tackled our walk through in 90 degree weather, and we got an apple crumb pie! Lee's takes great care of us!

Comment : Went there for help replacing a rooftop actuator on a Palomino Backpack Camper. Was not asked about which actuator had an issue, but I was hoping the technician could figure it out himself. After an hour passed and no one came to ask for more clarification I assumed things were going well. (That actuator specifically had a cracked case and was clearly damaged). Was then told I needed to replace two completely different (and perfectly fine, all-be-it loud) actuators for around $1,500. I decided to just order the part in question through them and go through with the labor myself. I have made it clear that I live full time in this camper and am in need of this part ASAP. I waited over a week for this part and when I called, I was told it had been sitting there delivered since that previous Friday (it's Wednesday now). I am beyond dissatisfied with the service and parts department. I will not be returning and I hope this helps someone in the future.
