Comment : Purchased a camper in November and have had 3 issues already. All issues were within the 1st 30 days with a 30 day guarantee. 1st time they didn’t have the parts. 2nd time they claimed nothing was wrong with the power board after they cycled it and “looked for a mouse.” Now we are out of the “30 day guarantee” and the power board failed again and they said it’s fried and needs complete replacement. And blaming the issue on us. Their customer service is awful and they are all about their own pockets!! Stay far away!!

Comment : My fianc?e and I recently traveled 3.5 hours to obtain a snowmobile this establishment had listed. Upon arrival and in previous contact prior to making the trip they had appeared professional and stated that there was nothing wrong with the sled. My fianc?e tested the sled and listened to it, with all initially appearing fine. Unfortunately, this did not end up being the case once we got the sled home. We brought it to our mechanic, and he informed us that it would need about $2,000 in work. At the time of purchase we had been informed that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was “ready to ride”, except that the electric start was having some issues and may need to be fixed. This was BEYOND true as we now know it needed a lot more work done than that, and it has not even been ridden yet since getting it home.
Once we were made aware of this information my fianc?e attempted to contact the owner and explain the situation. So that they were aware there were more issues with it than what they initially had told us. To which we received no answer, making it clear to us he likely knew of these issues when selling the sled to us and did not care. And that customer service is far from the top of their list of things they care about. I STRONGLY urge you to avoid this establishment at all costs as you too will likely end up out a lot of money or worse. And it appears from other comments this is not the first time they have done this to someone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere if you are able!!

Comment : I recently purchased a 2026 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf from Lee’s. This was my second purchase and another positive experience. There was never a question in my mind as to where I would go for my next camper.
From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by Miriam to the day a few weeks later when my prized possession was safely delivered and set up on site by non other than Lee himself. This is a true family business that treats you as a valued member of their extended family. Scott a long term employee made sure my trade in was safely in hand and then explained everything about the new camper before winterizing it for transport. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions on the coldest, windiest day so far this fall.
I highly recommend that when you’re in the market for a recreational vehicle that you visit Lee’s RV and I guarantee you won’t need to go anywhere else for the best value and customer service experience you can have.
I’m a very Happy Camper. You will be too.

Comment : A huge thank you to Lee’s. We have a fifth wheel rv and our hitch broke where our truck and rv were locked together. Lee’s were amazing. From the first phone call we felt relief that someone could help us. They came out to unhook us, towed our rv to their workshop and fitted us with a new pinbox and hitch. They let us stay with our rv overnight and had us all fixed the next day. Everyone was so kind and helpful and professional, and they knew what they were doing. The team went out of their way to get us back on the road. We will definitely be going back to Lee’s and highly recommend.

Comment : I contacted Lee's RV in June of 2025, looking for a reasonably priced travel trailer that I could use for a trip to CT later in the summer. I had my eye on a 2023 unit I had seen the previous Thanksgiving that was still on their lot. The salesperson I spoke with was Miriam. I explained that I was going to camp in July/August/September and asked several questions about the specifics of the unit - whether the fridge was propane and electric or just propane, what the trailer had for insulation, where it had solar or was prepped for it, etc. She wasn't able to answer most of my questions, and despite me calling a couple of times, never got back to me with answers. I had asked her to provide me a quote for the best price she could do on the unit and she quoted me the list price with a bunch of additional fees. Two months went by and I never heard from her. At the end of August, after I'd already rented a trailer for my trip she reached out to see if I was still interested in the unit, indicated they were eager to sell it and quoted me the same price again. I told her no thanks and she's continued to hound me with phone calls, text messages and emails asking what she could do to interest me in the unit. Answer: NOTHING. I wouldn't buy anything from this dealership or sales person. When the opportunity was there, crickets. That opportunity's gone. I'll eventually buy a unit from a reputable dealer who doesn't add a bunch of dealer fees to the price and whose sales people are responsive and knowledgeable.

Took my money and it's been 6 months, they take forever to service and do horrible work.
I paid for it and that is their service ? And behavior with their customers? They have people working that are clearly on something
And now They are not taking my calls
Scammers !!!
