Comment : They were fast, reasonably priced, and overall a great experience. Our son goes to WKU and we live in Louisville, they worked with me over the phone to get his car in and out when it broke down. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

Comment : Took my wifes car in to have the breaks looked at. Keith and his team was honest and gave recommendations and affordable options. The work got done same day and was very coinvent for my family. Cannot recommend Keith and his staff enough.
Glad to have found an auto shop we can trust.

Comment : Took my vehicle in for oil change and asked them if they could check my transmission fluid level as well. They did the oil change, but when I asked about my transmission fluid level they said I’d actually needed a whole new transmission. On top of saying I needed a new one, my current one would go out within a month - 6 months. I asked about payment options when it came to a new transmission because at the time I was around 19 years old with a coffee shop job making 12.50 an hour. I was told I’d have to pay upfront. I couldn’t afford it so I walked out and was just waiting for my transmission to die while I tried to save up the money to get a new one. A couple months passed and my car was still running and I was due for another oil change. I didn’t have the time to schedule an appointment here so I decided to try out Valvoline. When the worker at valvoline was checking me in I asked if he could show me how to check my transmission fluid level. He showed me right then and there and to my surprise I was completely out of it. He went on to tell me that it looked like I had been out of it for quite awhile, and damage may already be done to my transmission because of that. Valvoline put new fluid in that day and when I drove out my vehicles stuttering I had completely stopped. I had been driving my car for months thinking I needed a whole new transmission, when in reality I was completely out of the fluid and was lied to by Lee Myles. The length in time that I went without that fluid could’ve completely cost me my car. This car is my deceased sisters car and I took it over as a memory of her. I’m so beyond disgusted with this place. And as I read the reviews, it seems to be a common practice for this business to convince people to purchase new transmissions through them unnecessarily.

Comment : The work they did was A-1 fixed my timing chain that caused trouble on my trip from Atlanta to Ft Wayne Indiana! Fair price as well! The only negative interaction was with the lady at the front desk. She had a personality of a 2x4! After 2days I called around 3 pm and asked if there was any update of car getting done, her answer was it’s getting worked on! One hour later got a call it was finished. Such a great place to get your car fixed just don’t expect any sympathy from the front desk on your situation! All in all 100% recommend if you have any car issues! Just don’t expect any xtra info from the front desk!

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about Lee Myles Transmission in Bowling Green. Keith Rice, the owner, is an outstanding man who has always been more than fair and completely upright in every dealing I’ve had with him. It’s hard these days to find a mechanic or shop you can truly trust, but Keith and his team do it right every time. They’ve taken great care of my vehicles, and I really appreciate not just the quality of their work, but also the honesty and integrity behind it.
