Comment : I?ve had my car repaired here for body work twice, all went well. My recent visit, I explained what was wrong with my vehicle and that I hear all the noises from the front end. They keep it for a few hours and told me it was the rear wheel bearing (found that to be odd). I paid $650 to have it replaced, thinking my problem had been corrected. Brought the vehicle back 2 days later, same problem occurs. Explained it to them that it?s something wrong with the front end suspension, they were confident it was my brakes and said that they replaced them free of charge because it was a misunderstanding the first time. Ok great! Drive away and I hear the same noises. I took it to another mechanic and what do ya know? I need ball joints and a stabilizer bar! So, I paid $650 for them to not fix a problem that I wanted fixed. It?s necessary and important to listen to your customers and not just do what you want to do.

Comment : Thank you 1000 times over for being such a gem in our Mount Washington community. I had a splash guard that was dragging under my car tonight and they offered to take a look at my car for me the next business day. I took my car there tonight to drop off and they fixed it for me right then and there! They are always my go-to call for mechanical needs with our cars. 10/10 always recommend!!

Comment : I am from out of town and needed a place to tow my car and get it looked at. It turned out it needs some specialized care but they were great at doing the diagnostics and enough so I could drive it away and not making me pay for what they didn't feel comfortable doing. As I say, it was in their rights to charge for more of their work, especially for someone they were probably never going to see again so I really appreciate how they communicated with me and didn't just run up the charges. They get a solid five stars from me.
