Comment : I went to Leading Edge after my dealership could not find the cause of a grinding noise coming from the front end of my car. They assured me they would find the issue. I have never heard a mechanic make such a guarantee. Leading Edge did a thorough inspection of my car. It took a full business day to complete the inspection. In addition to finding the cause of the grinding noise, they found a lot of maintenance related to normal wear and tear (my car is 11 years old). Some of the problems (worn struts and torn CV boot) could've left me stranded if not fixed. It was worth every penny to have them fix my car. I hope to have this car another 5 - 8 years if possible. It now drives like new again, specifically the ride quality. The car handles very well, and glides over bumps in the road. I will take my car back to them occasionally for the full inspection, and recommend their shop to my friends and family

Comment : I called on a whim to see if they could help me fix the under shield to my car because it was scraping on the ground. They were able to take me the day of and on a Saturday and fixed it less than 30 minutes. I will be back!

Comment : I was told by a Nissan Dealership that the work needed for my car would be about 8k. They said I would need a new egi harness, and other major engine related work. I came here and turns out the issue could be fixed only costing about $200 by simply cleaning off the corrosion. Nissan never even offered this and just claimed I had a bad engine. They really take their time to explain everything and don’t automatically go with the most expensive options. I’ll never go to another dealership again.

Comment : We had a parking lot fender bender that involved quite a lot of body work. We took it to leading edge having never used them before and were super happy with how the process went as well as the outcome. After we drove it home we realized that there were some issues with a fuse/setting in the new headlight as well as some clicking/resistance with the window going up and down. We called them and they had us bring in the car right away to make it right. On that second visit, somehow my husband and I lost the key to the car. (He had shown up with his own key etc.). After searching at home for the extra key for several weeks we called Leading Edge again to see if it was maybe there. But they've never lost a key (and I believe them!) so what they did do was really amazing and surprising: they set us up with Adas Elite that takes care of rekeying cars etc (highly recommend) and paid for the new key! Really was so happy with the service, the professionalism, their commitment to making sure we were really truly happy customers. We will be back for sure! Thanks again!

Comment : My 2024 Audi Q5 had self-inflicted front end auto damage that I wanted to pay myself to avoid an insurance rate increase. - My second such job in 5 years. Some places only seem to want insurance work and will not work with you to do a great job at lowest cost. Leading Edge professionals, listen to you, are friendly, and help find an affordable path to back to a showroom floor body at the lowest cost. They are great!

Comment : Sweet Redemption! All doubt has been erased. Leading Edge is "Top Notch". My car was returned to me in pristine condition. The paint job was immaculate. They really paid attention to details and the customer service was excellent too. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied and kept me updated every step of the way.
