I had an ongoing oil leak issue, and they had me bring the car back a few times to get it right—each time with professionalism and no extra charges. They were patient, thorough, and committed to truly fixing the problem. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend!

Comment : Brought my Chevrolet Equinox in to get the A/C fixed and left with transmission issues. I originally brought my car in because my A/C stopped working and the compressor needed to be replaced, which is okay. Unfortunately this service required them taking my front bumper off and of course when the compressor was replaced, and they put my bumper back, they left screws missing, the front camera didn’t work, AND now when my car accelerates and shifts gears, it sounds HORRIBLE. NOT the way it drove before taking it in.

It’s so hard to find mechanics you can trust. And with this being my first time coming here, I was nervous… but unfortunately my gut was right and they screwed me over. DO NOT COME HERE.

The team at LD Automotive did a great job fixing our car for a fair price and didn't try and upsell us on a bunch of stuff we were not interested in. We will definitely be back when any of our family cars need work.

Comment : I’m so happy I found LD automotive through Google and Reddit!! I was having car troubles and the other car shop couldn’t diagnose the car issues (which concerned me because I have a 09 Honda accord, very basic) so I came here because they were much more knowledgeable! They were fair and upfront about pricing, and even went out of their way to make sure to keep the costs low for me. They were so nice to re check everything before having me pick it up! Highly recommend to anyone in the Frisco area
