Comment : Lazar Imports was incredibly honest, patient, and helpful when diagnosing my Hyundai Veloster. Instead of pressuring me into expensive repairs, they took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car in a way I could actually understand. They were transparent about the costs, realistic about my options, and genuinely seemed to care more about helping me make the best decision than just making money.

The two women I’ve interacted with at the front desk have also been just as kind, professional, and welcoming. Everyone I encountered treated me with respect and compassion during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated that. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, and I’m very grateful for their help. Highly recommend.

Comment : The worst experience I've ever had. power steering problems is what I took in for. Front desk said it was the power hose was the problem. Called to let them know my car sounds terrible. Front desk hung up on me.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Incredible shop. I drive from Stillwater to have them work on my Subaru. Fair prices and great service. If you have a JDM or Japanese brand vehicle this is the only place to take it.
