Comment : I’m always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the service people. I ran over a tire on the road and it dislodged two connectors and they put two new ones on and didn’t charge me anything. It just took a couple of minutes but, still, they could have easily charged me something but they value customer loyalty more.

Comment : I have been in the market for awhile looking for a truck. I was working with Jerian Thomas. I did not end up purchasing from Lavery ONLY because I bought from a private owner. My experience with Jerian was really a breath of fresh air. He was courtesy, low key, no high pressure. I told him what I was looking for and he would send me links to trucks he thought I might be interested in. This saved me time and wasted trip to the dealership!

Comment : UNBELIEVABLE-you go to a local dealer and buy car after car always giving them a rave review!!
I went back to Lavery because I was having issues with my new 2025 blazer EV.. ultimately they had to order a new windshield as always we will call you when it’s in..since that time I have had other issues and had to file a BBB CLAIM against GM part of my arbitration argument was the windshield was on back order with no date in sight to get it WELL Lavery replies to GM and arbitration we have had it for MONTHS waiting on Joe capocci to come in-BULLSHIT!!’ I called every week same BULLSHIT it’s not in CHELSIE WAGNER AND MOSES RASTETTER never called or texted even emailed WINDSHIELD is in complete BULLSHIT..

I lost my entire case because of their gross negligence I can’t even get GM to authorize any repairs on my blazer EV I called Moses rastetter left several voicemails definitely being GHOSTED..

WHAT BULLSHIT the car is completely under warranty!!

THANKS MOSES AND CHELSIE you never tried to get a hold of me and lied to GM about windshield being at dealership I would of came right away you are the ones that have to sleep with a GUILTY CONSCIENCE!!
