Comment : This place is beyond a great garage from the two ladies when you walk in to help you set up appointments right down to Mark the owner. I had a major issue with a new vehicle purchase and Mark was open honest walk me through the process and is trying to get my warranties to cover the situation I in all my years of driving I have to say this is the best shop experience that I've ever had the openness the honesty and the friendliness is beyond belief I would highly recommend this place

Comment : Laurel Hill Tire is my go to garage now.I had two other garages look at my vehicle. Mark and his mechanic recommended new Front brakes-pads and rotors. Mark and his staff are very professional. and explained all the warranty information and pricing

Comment : Let's start with receptionist.... she was great offered coffee found out what I was there for and got mechanic to get my car asap. OWNER..... comes out introduces himself and gets to know me and my problems with car and says he'll get it fix right away.... again goes grabs the mechanic tells him grab this guy's car bring it in. Insures me with the fixes car be done right, accurate and in a timely manner... with all the work car was done within a few hrs and done right issues are fix and gone.....Mechanic, name was Rob.... he was knowledgeable grab my keys and brought car in first.... the shop all around was great...Deff will have them do my daily driver and my performance car.....

Comment : Flexible, reasonable price and great service! They went the extra mile, looking at electrical schematics to figure out an intermittent headlight problem on my older Tesla. Office staff very friendly and down to earth. Great job, highly recommended!

Comment : I went to get tires from this man YEARS ago. It was an emergency, he saw we needed tires and wasn't going to let us drive on unsafe tires. I only mentioned this now, because just today, over 5 years after I left his shop, he called me to check up on me. He reminded me to get my tires replaced and gave me advice on a new shop to get my vehicles serviced, since I've moved since COVID. The owner, Mark is a Good Man, a Great Mechanic, and a credit to his community. Thanks a million!
