Comment : Extremely friendly staff and great mechanics! Shifting was starting to sound rough and almost bucking. I brought my car in and thankfully it just needed a transmission fluid flush and new filter and is now running great!

Comment : I live in FL but was in CT for several weeks and right after arriving my car was making a loud sound. Thank you for taking me first thing in the morning and stopping the noise on the muffler because of a loose bolt.

Comment : Terrible don’t go here . Told them coolant was leaking from my radiator they told me it was the housing I told them to still check the radiator aswell I physically saw it leaking they ignored me fixed the housing told me I was all set drove it home blew the head gasket due to overheating brought it back pointed out that it was there fault due to negligence and ignoring me when I told them about the radiator they refused to accept any responsibility and hung up on me after trying to tell me that it was because the parts are made of plastic not because they completely missed the radiator leaking coolant leaving me to overheat. After i persistently said to check the radiator but they knew better then me and blew up my engine. Currently waiting on a letter of what I owe left after repossession to take them to court to make them pay for blowing up my vehicle. Don’t bring your car here if I could give zero stars I would.

Right away the staff welcomed me like family and treated me with compassion and grace. They went above and beyond to get my car serviced safely and efficiently so that I was back on the road asap. They worked hard to accommodate my schedule, answer my questions and make me feel comfortable and relaxed while waiting for my car. The technicians are skilled, dedicated and integrous, and work seamlessly with Mark, Anne and Bella in administration to produce a wonderful customer experience. Bella was very Helpful & knowledgeable with helping me choose the right tire for my jeep.
Mark was professional & honest & fair when explaining what my Jeep needed.
