Comment : Very nice family who was there to answer anything I asked. I had a minor problem a few weeks after purchasing my truck with the muffler brought it in they fixed it right away no questions asked i would highly recommend buying any vehicle from Latham's

Comment : I stopped in just to look and left with the perfect vehicle. The process from beginning to end only took maybe an hour and I was on my way! I have never had such a smooth and pleasant car buying experience. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Comment : The purchasing process was not problem. Didn???t have an issue taking a kids money in a vulnerable situation. I bought a lemon from these guys and the 3rd day it had an engine light on. They fixed it it was under warranty. Had another issue a month later and they took care of it no problem still under warranty. After the warranty ran up (3 months) they hung up on me wouldn???t service my vehicle at all. Not a very nice thing considering I bought a car from you guys. Had to rely on Blevins which told me had a crack in the engine pooling coolant. Which was a concern of mine that hey wouldn???t listen too. I???d strongly advise you to go to another dealership. Now I owe 6k on a trash vehicle thanks Latham.The first time you???re hearing about it after warranty becuase you guys refused to service me. No problem selling the community junkers but can???t fix them up for them after warranty runs up. Sounds like a poor way to run a family friendly businesses. I have all the paper work and recorded phone calls of you guys refusing to do anything due to one mechanic and a couple days out of warranty. You guys told me to take it to Blevins so I did with all my problems which are recorded on paper. Won???t be the last of thisThe purchasing process was not problem. Comment : The hospitality we received at Latham Auto, has been incredibly welcoming. My family and I just recently moved to the area and we have already bought 2 cars from them (getting ready to buy our third). Tessa and Wayne were extremely helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. Because of this, Latham Auto will have forever customers from myself and my husband. Comment : Wayne and Caleb went out of their way to help my husband and me when we arrived at their shop stranded with a flat. They immediately dropped what they were doing and fixed our tire even though they were busy. They are wonderful people and we would highly recommend them and their shop.
