Comment : I got my spark plugs and a few other maintenance items done on my vehicle. The day I picked it up, it was sputtering when I accelerated. I asked for it to be looked at again, the guy I spoke with told me to bring it in and they’ll look at it right away. When I got to the shop, I spoke with Sean. I explained I live a half hour away, need to grab my 2 kids, and leave for vacation the next morning and I need it to be taken care of. Sean was immediately rude, snapped his fingers in my face and said they would get to it when they could. I explained I wasn’t having issues until the spark plugs were changed and that didn’t matter to him. I was offered a loaner and declined since I needed my vehicle to leave the next day. I sat there stunned at how the situation was being handled. Thankfully, I knew one of the mechanics and he was able to come out and check on my car. He said I spoke to another owner and there was a lack of communication between Sean and the guy I spoke with on the phone. When checking he found that one of the spark plugs that was just replaced, was cracked and that’s why I was having issues. I understand that this can happen when spark plugs are changed, I was just appalled at the customer service from the owner, especially for a repeat customer that has dropped large chunks of money each time of service. I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a budget friendly option, this is the place, but don’t count on great customer service.

Comment : Absolutely amazing service alternator went out on my tow truck they got me in and out very quick staff was very polite the secretary is an absolute sweetheart and they are all super knowledgeable i would recommend this shop to anyone I know if I ever need them this will be my first choice

Comment : I took my car to I90 to replace a spark plug.I had to call to see if they had the work completed. They said they were looking into something They did not know when it would be done. A day later I got a call saying that they checked a fuel injector (removed it and replaced it). One, One bank, Left side (includes R&I intake manifold).Replaced # 2 injectorChecked compression, compression was better on cy 2 than the others by 10 PSISwapped Spark plug & coil to cylinder 6 still missed, replaced #2injector & engine still misses. Took pictures of the valves with bore scope & the valves on cyl 2 look different than syl 4 & 6. Will need to pull head or heads for further diagnosis.All of this with no phone call to let me know what was going on or if I wanted them to do all this other work. They charged me $606.48 for this work. The car does not run any better and to top it off. I took the car right to the car wash and it has a broke grill now. I called them to ask how that got broke and they said the person that did the work was a God fearing person and would have told them if he broke it. So now, my car is still now fixed, but it has a broke grill. They have no intentions on fixing it.That was my experience with this company.
